Sorry my support is expired, but i found 1 bug in theme. I have problem whit facebook login, when i bought theme, everything was working fine, but now i get this error when i try to log in via facebook:
Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. To be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the App Domains field in your app settings.

My login was working fine couple weeks ago, it just stopped working by itself.

You don’t need to update any files in theme, just update OAuth URL in FB settings. And you should have double // like mentioned in the documentation

after update your theme to the latest version, our translationfile on wp-content -> lanaguages -> themes -> xstore-de_DE.po and mo doesn’t load.

We have improved this option and now you can change its position. So, all that you need is just re-save the option (Theme Options > Header Settings > Sign in link position > choose the one you prefer).

Pre-sale Question: We like the look of the Xstore “jewelry demo” however, when we reach the checkout page, we do not see the option to enter a separate Billing and Shipping address. This is an important feature for us. Is it possible to have both shipping and billing info show on this page? Some of out customers bill their own card but ship items as gifts.

I’ve installed the theme successfully on another site.
However, I am having some problems with the theme and would like to use the support chat feature to resolve them.
So, my support period actually expired, so I’ve extended it for 6 months. But the support chat feature is still unavailable (I turn it on in Theme Options, but then it turns off automatically, the message is displayed: “Sorry, theme support license has expired. Extend your support period on ThemeForest and then you’ll be able to get help from 8theme support team.”. (already extended)
How could I start getting support via Support Chat again?

You need to enable WP debug mode to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what you need to fix. Also, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check the page. Make sure that you updated all required plugins – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Hi there! My support has ended, however I’m certain an issue like this does not require theme support. We found that the license we use does not work on our site https://loveitright.com/. We got the notification “Important Note: You need to activate XStore template with your purchase code to continue working.” and cannot reactivate the theme, any help on this?
I don’t think I need to have support for this as I can’t even get access to the theme I purchased right now.
