We cannot provide you proper solution as we need to check the page for more detailed solution. But as we can see the screenshot, I think it’s showing two columns. So you just edit the ROW and set it to one column. Than remove the un-wanted element.

Also you can use custom icons but there is no direct option for this and we need to add some Custom CSS for this. Hi, I’ve got some issues with the lightbox – it opens lightbox overlay and straight away opens the image by itself in the window. I’ve updated to the latest version but the problem persists. I’ve checked the functions file and I can see that the lightbox support code is already in there. Looking at woocommerce status page it shows multiple woocommerce templates in the theme are out of date. any idea what’s causing the issue?

The lightbox issue should work perfectly. It looks like some other plugin adding lightbox to an existing lightbox. i just saw that you released a theme update recently (mainly because of wp 4.9 and visual composer). visual composer released an update today which fixes several issues with firefox. could you kindly release another theme update?

Looks like the updated package take some time to download. We will surely release a new update with latest version but currently it’s still on the older version. We are waiting for the update package for now.

Two updates in as many weeks. I’ve had to revert back to v14.1 and my team is encouraging me to switch to Avada – citing its speed and use of Fusion Composer. Normally they don’t ask me to create a bunch of work for them but they’re clearly fed up with the poor quality updates.

Agreed. Should not be happening. I work for a major University and our team of developers and I updated our local test site with no problem, however, when we attempted to update our live site over the weekend – it brought our entire site down. We removed all the theme files, plugins et cetera – attempted to install an older version of the theme and update that – same result. We attempted to update via Envato plugin, via Wordpress, and manually uploading files to the server. No bueno. I will be in touch with support, but have to schedule a time to update the site over fall break as there are hundreds of people using the site at any given time and we can’t afford to take the site offline for days.

I have a small issue with Contact form 7, that will be embarrassing in the future. That’s weird because that’s the first time I see this with this template… It might be a conflict with something in my website… - I created 2 forms, one for french contact page, one for english contact page. The shortcodes work on front office, in both pages. The forms display. But in my back office, in the list where I shoud have all my existing forms, only the english form displays…? - I test my forms. The first time, I send an empty message to see if all error messages display correctly. In French, that’s OK, I have a response with my error messages. But in English, it looks like the form was submitting : Ajax loader icon displays but never disappears, and error messages never display…

Hi again, - That’s OK for the list. I deleted plugins and now all my forms display. - For the issue with english page while I submit the form, it’s the same thing when I fill in the form correctly. It looks like an issue with ajax : when I look into my browser inspector, I have a 404 response, and I think that the issue is due to a parameter badly placed in the URL called in the code. What can I do ?

I had updated the theme, but that didn’t help. WooCommerce made some updates to the lightbox and removed the old lightbox feature for the product images, so I had to add these lines to the functions.php file:
add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-zoom’ ); add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-lightbox’ ); add_theme_support( ‘wc-product-gallery-slider’ );
That fixed it.
