I’m trying to copy my “Appearence => Theme Options” settings from a wordpress installation to a another one. Where do I find these settings in the database?

Is the theme compatible with php 8? I upgraded my server from php 7 to 8 and now I receive this error:

Fatal error: Unparenthesized `a ? b : c ? d : e` is not supported. Use either `(a ? b : c) ? d : e` or `a ? b : (c ? d : e)` in /var/www/mysite/wp-content/themes/howes/inc/cuztom-helper-framework/classes/fields/multi_select.class.php on line 23

Our theme is compatible with PHP v8.0. Also we already solve this error in our last theme update (version v22.6). So if you are using old version of theme than update theme to latest version. It will solve this error.

Hi, How i can remove google fonts ?

Hello,

There is no direct options for remove google font and load font locally. But you can easily do it using plugin. Here are plugin you can try it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/host-webfonts-local/

Slider revolution also load google font. So just go to Admin > Slider Revolution > Glabal Settings > Fonts > select Cache Fonts Local from Enable Google Fonts download options.

We didn’t testedcx with WCAG and ADA so we are not sure. But we followed some of the rules as standard code structure like use ALT tag for image tag etc.

I have purchased three themes, which I also think are great. A strange problem has now arisen with one customer. The mobile navigation no longer works in some cases. I.e. sometimes the submenu can be opened, sometimes not …

After I installed the plugin “Borlabs Cookie” because of the use of Google Analytics, the mobile navigation works without errors if “Google Analytics” is accepted by the visitor of the page. If the cookie is not accepted, the error occurs again, so that the submenu cannot be opened on the smartphone in some cases …

I did not find any errors via the console of the developer tools. However, after migrating the system to a test environment, I noticed that when I installed the demo content, the mobile navigation suddenly worked until I changed the contents of the “Floating header Widgets” widget. As soon as I remove the iFrame for embedding Google Maps, the mobile navigation on the smartphone only works to a limited extent again. If I create an iFrame again, everything works again. The prerequisite is that I actually use the original text widget. If I delete it and create an iFrame in a new text widget, the navigation also only works partially. I am really at a loss now.

Oh yes, PHP 7.4, WP 5.61 and current theme v 22.1, I would be very happy to receive feedback.

Hi,

I have had the same issue as a couple of other commentors. The slider, testimonials and just a single footer widget was missing after update.

I downloaded and upload the new cf-post-formats plugin you provided on a different comment, cleared cache and problem persists. BUT only on the homepage. I have tested plugins, updated PHP, and so many other things, this problem still persists.

Hello, after updating to Version 22.0 using WP 5.5 (PHP 7.4) post cannot be edited in the Backend with the WPBakery Editor (Version 6.3). After changing the Theme to “Twenty Twenty” the Editor works! So it seems to be a problem with the Version 22.0 Can You help me? Best regards tipto

I’m not sure if this happened after updating to WP 5.5 or the current theme update but I just noticed that my site is having multiple issues. Theme and all plugins are all updated.

Revolution slider is blank even though there should be an image showing (it shows in the builder). And the footer is completely missing. I checked the Footer Settings and it looks like it should be showing.

Hi, Just to let you know that Slider Revolution is not showing in Howes theme after upgrading to Wordpress 5.5. After I downgraded to WP5.4.2 the slideshow worked OK again. Can you please check? Thanks.

FYI, I received this error message after updating to WP 5.5:

Please make sure you are using the latest version of all of your plugins, and your theme. If you are, you may want to ask the developers of the code mentioned in the warnings for an update.

I am using this plugin to fix the error: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ , but it’s a temp fix. Hoping for a theme update soon. :)

Hello! I’ve purchased this theme 7 times. I having a issue updating to the newest version of theme. It gives me this error: There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

I’ve de-activated all the plugins and still had the same issue. Please assist. i dont want to spent $77 ish for support when it’s something w/ the new theme alone.

something within the theme is causing the AJAX not to work on other plugin like for instance Forms DON”T work. galleries – etc. when I active other wordpress plain themes the form works and send mail. Please help ASAP

Can you please add an option to remove completely the H1 tag even from the homepage? Having a H1 tag containing only the name of the site and not the title can really hurt SEO.
