Reading through these comments, I see that many other also experience ‘Zero Support’ from the developers of this theme. It may look good, but that doesn’t mean much if it doesn’t work. Mt problem is that the recent update breaks the theme on my website. I’m wondering if any one else has experienced this? If so, can you kindly respond to this comment so that we can figure out a solution?

I have posted several topics in the forum … and each time they say that the problem is fixed (when it is not). I’ve also purchased a plugin (woocommerce integration) for LearnPress and it won’t activate out of the box with the EDUMA theme … says that it is “outdated”. I’ve posted request for support in the forum and have received no response.

My candid suggestion you is to test any new update with upgrading an existing demo…, not just on fresh installs… because you will amazed at the level of bugs old buyers are experiencing…

The support is TERRIBLE.
I paid them $250 USD for a fix that was supposed to take 5 business days. After the second week they stopped responding to emails and I have neither received a fix or a refund.
Don’t give them money because they’ll just take it and ignore you after.

I’m checking your case.
My support as expired, but i have a problem scheduling sale price on the courses. It simply doesn’t work and resets the fields when saving the course. I suppose is due to the outdate templates eduma/learnpress-v3/single-course/remaining-time.php eduma/learnpress-v3/single-course/section/content-item.php
When this will be fixed?
