My Theme doesn’t show a video on Portfolio Page. The video doesn’t appear.
The content is IMAGES or VIDEOS. The IMAGE + VIDEOS??! Is that possible to put together?

It’s a GIF file (testing)… Is not a Video file.
In the Portfolio Gallery it’s not possible mix IMAGES and VIDEOS, correct?

There are 4 media types available for portfolio page.
1. Single Image 2. Image Gallery 3. Image Slider 4. Video
Steps to show multiple medias in portfolio page.
1. Choose ‘Multiple Media Type’ under ‘Portfolio Settings’ section in the portfolio post page.
2. Click on ‘Add More Media’ under ‘Portfolio Multiple Media’ section.

Goodmorning, 1 plug-inn: the WP bakery needs an update. It doesn’t update; message: Update not available. I tried to register at WP-Bakery. “instructions will follow by mail” I never recieve e-mails. They are not in the spambox. I checked.

WP bakery can be updated if purchased separately, Since it’s a part of the theme so there is not need to purchase it. We will update the theme will all updated plugins and then you can download the updated theme. There is no need to register. You can use the plugin without registeration.

I bought the Kraft theme a couple of weeks ago. I really like it! Step by step I am getting accustomed with WordPress and the possibilities of the theme. I have one question about the theme so far … I would like to change the ‘Kraft’ logo with my personal logo. I used Customizer -> Branding and I uploaded my own logo. It worked with the other navigation items such as contact and about but for some reason the ‘Kraft’ logo still is visible on the homepage in the left corner instead of my own logo. How can I change this on the homepage?

1. Edit the homepage and look for ‘page settings’ at the bottom. 2. Select ‘menu’ tab and change the logo. 3. Update the changes.

Seems to be resolved now.Possible a bug in the code, or in wordpress code itself. Some posts work fine, others the featured image does not display, but then causes grid issue.Perhaps something to do with the naming of the image, or naming of the post, not entirely sure. Seems to be very random.
The problem continues to persist.I just added a new portfolio item, and its causing the grid to go out of alignment and also it’s not displaying the portfolio post i just created…??

i’m having some issues when uploading images. they are appearing extremely compressed and very blurry! Very frustrating. i have tried many variations, png, jpeg, larger images/images precompressed/images uncompressed, and they all seem to appear blurry and not sharp at all. please can you assist? is there a way i can ensure the images display correctly on this theme?
One instance I notice this is when I upload a 1200×600 px image for the full width portfolio display, and no matter what, the image comes out blurry.??
Is there a way to disable compression in the theme? and in wordpress?
I compressing the images myself and preparing them in photoshop for web, so i don’t want extra compression on the images.
i’m also noticing that the images don’t display at full size? If i look at the actual slide size 1200×600 compared to what i see on screen it is quite a lot smaller??

I just noticed now, even your sample images are displaying really bad quality now.I clicked import demo data now, and all the images are incredibly bad quality. Perhaps something wordpress introduced recently? How to fix this?

We have used ‘Visual Composer’ page builder, which provides ‘Post Grid’ shortcode/module to list the blog posts section in the page. This shortcode/module will be a grid style and will show excerpt of the content and a link to the full post.

I emailed regarding this problem a few months ago but unfortunately didn’t get a reply.
The load time on almost all of the website is extremely extremely slow – to the point where I can’t point clients to the website because it just looks bad that it doesn’t load properly.
I’ve spent ages putting this site together and really love the theme and how it looks, however I really really need help in getting this sorted.
I’ve stuck exactly to how the website is supposed to be used, and all images have been compressed considerably so there’s no reason for the lag to be so great.
If you can have a look for me it would be greatly appreciated.

I was wondering why GTMetrix doesn’t seem to recognize that the images on the page are being responsively delivered? If I inspect the code it looks like the theme is smartly delivering an appropriate image size and then further scaling in CSS, but in the GTMetrix score, it’s reporting that all images are full size images and are being scaled down in CSS. Am I missing something? The fact that the theme seemed to natively handle responsive images is a big selling point to me.

Theme offers adaptive image feature, this feature detects the screen size and automatically resizes the image size. This automatic resize not only resizes the image but also reduce the image size based on the screen size.

My Redux Framework Plugin is causing my memory usage and I/O usage to spike and then I get a 500 Internal Server error. Help, what should I do? I have contacted my hosting provider godaddy and they explained that it has everything to do with the Redux Framework Plugin. I have even tried expanding my hosting plan but that did not help.

You can edit the ‘row settings’ of a page and can set an image as row background and can put text using ‘heading’ shortcode/module in the same row.
If you have imported the demo content, you can edit ‘homepage hero image’ page and can check the settings of the section.
