Pre Sales Question. Are there any other layouts for the property listing page? Many other templates have the option to show the property listings in a single wide column with image to the left and text to the right. Is this something that would have to be altered at a code level?

Ok thanks, we just downloaded it. Everything is fine except translate options. We tried to translate it via Loco Translate, but it seems like there is no file adapted for translate. We create .po but there are only 6 words for translate.. Should we tried edit from PHP?

Why the template is not displaying all images which are related to a property automatically to single property slider? When i am importing 1000 Properties with 10 images per each, it is really bad to assign them all by hand to single property slider, i am using WP ALL Import.

The images are added to the gallery slider in Item Options of each single property: http://prntscr.com/k5j91q In case you are moving the website from one domain (with Good Homes theme installed) to another, we recommend using Duplicator plugin. WP ALL Import plugin may not import all the property options.

1. Loading speed depends on many factors including server/hosting settings, image optimization, etc. It can be improved by installing cache plugins and configuring the server. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to provide the links to the websites using the same theme as it is private information, and owner permission is required. Thank you for understanding.

Thanks, I’m very familiar with things that cause slowness. However, it is your theme that has these issues. Can someone there can please run the check I am, to see what I’m referring to. Go to the link I provided (above) GTMetrix and enter your demo: http://goodhomes.themerex.net/ If you do that, you’ll see it has a 17.3 sec load time, scores an ‘E’ 56% for PageSpeed score, a D for YSlow score, and makes 148 Requests (the ave site only makes 87 requests). Additionally, if you look at the waterfall details, it gets hung up at the style.css file and there’s another one or two js files that are causing slowness as well. I was hoping someone there would test this to see what I’m referring to, but since you didn’t, these are the analytics. I’m looking for some more useful feedback because my client likes your theme but from what I’m seeing, it it not optimized for speed.
Sure, we have checked our theme with GTmetrix tool. You should understand that theme includes lots of features, additional plugins (such as Ess. Grid, Slider Revolution) and of course, there will be js and css files to support these features. You will be able to minify these files to reduce loading speed. As for our live demo overall speed – some of the images can be optimized for better performance. Thank you.

By default, social icons in the footer are managed under Appearance > ThemeREX addons > Socials – icons can be changed there. If you want to replace standard icons with the custom images, you will need to edit footer layout under Layouts > Footer and replace “Contacts” block – http://prntscr.com/j631a8 with another element, for example Text block where you can add custom social images with the links.

We recommend editing text in .pot files only, but if you still need to edit php file – you can find “cpt” folder in wp-content\plugins\trx_addons\ folder on your server.
