Can you please check if the same problem is happening in our demos too? If yes then please report it and we will check the issue for the next the update.
If the problem is happening only in your end then it can happen that problem is happening because of any modification of the theme, third-party plugin (plugin that doesn’t come with our theme) is interfering or you are using an old version of Aurum or WooCommerce theme.
The latest update of Aurum for the moment is version 3.2 and this update supports WooCommerce 3.4.5 and WordPress 4.9.8.

Hello, I have questions:
1. How can I set tags h1, h2 etc. I want to set my individual font settings for each tag, e.g. size, weight, letter spacing
2. In the section: Products> Categories> Sample Category (eidt) is place for description. How to enable showing this description on the category page. This is important for SEO.
3. How to set such a nice look of WPML Language Switcher like in your demo? Any css?

1. We don’t have any detailed typography manager so you will have to use the Custom CSS area if you are looking to make some specific changes.
2. This is a custom request as it is not included in the theme or in WooCommerce itself.
3. There isn’t any hint behind this, we use WPML Language Switcher normally and we have set it to the top-menu and it shows fine.

I can see that you are using an very old version of WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer). Please go to plugins section, find Visual Composer plugin, disable it and then delete the plugin. Then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and Install WPBakery Page Builder plugin, also if you see an update to other plugins there, please do that.

Thank you for your answer, i have tried to update every plugin still not working. and always got warning msg below even woocommerce has updated.
Your theme (Aurum) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.
Btw, i have tried to deactive woocommerce website works fine.

Hi there,
I can see that you are using the latest Aurum version 3.0.2. This version supports latest version of WooCommerce as you can see on the changelog area.
I’m sure that this problem is happening only on your Child theme folder because of your theme modifications.
You can switch to Aurum (main theme) and you will see that WooCommerce notice will not show there.
Note: Please be aware as by doing customization if something happens like miss-editing files the responsibility is yours and we wont support you on finding the problem.

Hi,
I have bought the Aurum template and happy with it.
The issue I am having is with the Homepage SEO… I am using the Yoast SEO plugin, and all my other pages are on green on the SEO. But the Homepage seems to be on RED even though it is telling me that the keyword etc are good.
I am wondering if there is something that I need to change with the Homepage, becuase as mentioned before the SEO for other pages is working fine.
I have also tried changing the keyword, and the page to full width but it doesnt seem to be doing anything.
Any help would be appreciated it.

To translate theme strings, you can do this via Loco Translate plugin. If you don’t have this plugin, please install and activate it in your WordPress site.
1. Then go to Loco Translate > Manage Translations
2. Click “New Language” for the current active theme (if you didn’t created it yet, otherwise ignore this step). On the new language page, choose these options – click here http://d.pr/i/1ewoc
3. After that you will be redirected to the editing screen for theme translations. Before you continue make sure this is true – click here http://d.pr/i/18h0w
4. Follow these instructions to learn how to translate strings – http://d.pr/i/1jsek
5. The changes will be applied immediately – http://d.pr/i/1ju6w
Note: Translation files will be saved to wp-content/themes/{theme-name}/languages folder. Here you have the explanation – http://d.pr/i/1lBCJ
After you make your changes, always save a backup when there is new theme update. After you update the theme (languages folder will be replaced), just move the backup files you previously saved to the same languages directory and your changes will still be applied.

Hi, The latest update has completely messed up the shop page and pages that have products carousel.
Also, the menu becomes a weird double line thing when you reduce screen width, as seen on the tablet:viewport on the demo page.

Hi. I like your template. Two questions:
1. On the pages with product listings, is it possible to change the ”+” button to a normal square “add to cart” button?
2. When you add a product to the cart, is it possible “see cart” is always visible at the top? (or if you know a plugin that does).

The latest update has removed the shop pages titles and sort by options
Beware guys, updating to the latest version wipes your saved settings (your thumbnails will be weird sizes again) and no images will show up on your shop. No other update had this issue.
All the theme options are wiped too

WooCommerce has updated the way image sizes are handled so it’s not only this theme but all the themes powered by WooCommerce have changed the way to handle images in a better and easier way for everyone.
