are there minimum conditions using flatsome for the wordpress inviroment?

After uploading flasome on a older mySQL Version I got a blanc screen. After deleting the theme wp works fine again. Can you tell me what mySQL Version and php version is required for using flasome?

The store uses the Woocommerce styles for the drop-down menu of filters. I solved this problem, but the filter does not work in the AND mode for the drop-down menu. In the OR mode, overlapping elements.

Hi, I have purchased your theme and its good for my store. i like it. I am having one problem with the menu. I have huge mega menu and in one category i have 8 sub-categories. when i go to the menu it shows only 6 column (categories) and the rest 2 categories are not showing because of the long list. if i scroll down, then menu has sticked and doesnt scroll down to see the list of other two categories. please help. thnx

Hi Guys, I have one issue I set Slider Cover to Video uploaded videos in all formats video is 2MB in size. And when entering site it needs around 5-10 seconds video to start. tested with another theme and there it starts immediately. Please help

The search results show the blog results in a carousel slider. Is it possible to change this to a list with pagination so that it is obvious to site users that there are more than 3 results for their search? Thanks

I have an issue, variable price in products doesn’t show up, only the range of price. Before it showed up the price when you pick the variation, but now it dissapered.

Any tips on how to open the UX Builder all the time if clicked? Sometimes it will just hang on loading. Switching browser (mainly MS Edge) sometimes helps. Also increased the WP admin memory size, clear cache & did memory optimization on my NAS web server but it doesn’t seem to help. Also if hang on loading happens I noted that the server gets a weird UX Builder code file on root of web folder had to delete it (found this out after checking via ftp). Switching browsers seems to be the only solution but it’s not enough.

I found a bug: on tablet, the menu will not close unless a link INSIDE the menu is selected. I think the idea is that the menu will close if you click outside the limits of the menu, or when you tap the ”>” / upper level menu item. correct?

With the ‘coming soon’ WordPress/Gutenberg combo – how will Flatsome fit in? Did you make some approach to it? Or will Gutenberg bring an end to the Flatsome theme?

Hi. When I use the Top Full layout for a single blog post, the information about comments on the blog page still shows in English on the featured image background (https://pasteboard.co/HfNAIeA.png – I marked it in red). I used poedit to translate the files, also installed loco translate to verify. Unfortuantely, this option is not included. Can you please make add this phrase to the .po and .mo language files in future updates?
