Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. Payment gateways work independent of the theme. Our themes also don’t have any code that would change payment gateway’s work. We have only added styles that is how they look and not functionality that is how they work. WooCommerce has varied options for Payment gateways. You can read about payment gateways available with WooCommerce here :

2. Other Premium Gateway options: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/premium-payment-gateway-extensions/

There should be no issues in using the gateway in live version or in local testing.

1. A high performance server – We are hosted on DigitalOcean dedicated server.

2. Our PHP version is 7.1+

3. We use WP Rocket for server caching, minifying, compression.

4. Cloudflare for CDN and caching static resources.

5. ImageOptim, to optimize our images.

6. PHP Memory 256M.

The error is most likely because of an issue with Envato plugin that considers theme names with different authors as different themes.

The theme can be updated in 3 ways :

1. Automatically : You can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme automatically. Instructions here : https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/

2. Semi-Automatically : Sometimes (1) does not work. You should install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old theme and install the new one.

3. Manually : You should download the latest installable WP theme from your themeforest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.

Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes. 

Please update using method 2 and going forward Envato market plugin will update it for you.

You can add to this template Dokan Lite does it add payment gateways? How can I download the demo version? You can add a function to install the drug store in the demo version.

Thank you for your interest in our theme. Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However “Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system. While the theme is compatible with Dokan and WC Vendors, we only provide basic compatibility support. We do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Yes, WooCommerce has an external product feature which you can use to add affiliate products.
