My dear & respected Sir please clarify …coz another theme maker of envato allow the following…. DO U MEAN THE SAME?
Allows you to use the theme on one domain only. A domain is considered only the top level domain, you can activate the regular license on multiple subdomains of that domain for example if you activate the theme in this domain www.xyz.com:
www.xyz.com – Valid staging.xyz.com – Valid xyz.com/staging – Valid whatever.xyz.com/mysite –Valid
abc.com – New license is required staging.abc.com – New license is required

1/ Yeah, sure, you can do that. To do that, you just need do following this guide.
2/ And yes, this theme supports upload custom fonts from itself – you don’t need to use any more extra plugin. You just need upload your custom fonts and it will appears in the select lists for fonts.

Hi. I purchased this theme and now it wants me to activate the theme. I am developing the site on testing.sitename.com and once I am happy with it I will move it to www.sitename.com I hope I don’t need to purchase another licence if i migrate between sub domains??

Yeah, you don’t need to buy another license if you use it on test site. But, when you moved the test site to main site, let’s remove the theme on test site and activate license on the main site.

Funny, when I go to use it, I can’t access it. They stated that just because I bought a theme with it, does not mean it will work. Please advise next steps as this is holding up the process of our web launch.

PencilDesign. Thank you for taking the time to help me fix my issue. Turns out it was the other theme I was using and its plugins. I will say this theme is amazing and it has everything I could ever ask for in it. I have been searching for sometime now for a theme that lets me customize everything I want. You guys did one hell of a job with this theme and I love it. This is hands down one of the best themes on the market. It supports everything anyone would ever need in a theme and much more with the customization features that you guys have built into it.
