Regarding shop view in handheld, at this time only grid view is available. We are working on list view in mobile. However it is going to take some time.

you have already sent me this link, but I doesn’t say how to set it up or were to find this page, I the Pages section on WordPress there is no such page

You need to add a new page and choose page template as “Homepage Mobile v1”. We’ve explained this steps in the documentation. After that you can edit the options.

2. The default header is set in Electro > Header > Header style. However individual home pages and pages can override this setting. You can set at page level in page options.

Wa alaikum salam. Reviews are essentially comments. You can disable reviews by disabling comments in Settings > Discussion and turn off comments.

You can also disable reviews and product ratings from WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Enable reviews and Product ratings. Ref: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-9

You can also disable reviews at product level in “Advanced” tab of the product edit screen.

The solution I gave should work and remove all occurrences. I am not sure why it wouldn’t work.

Yes, we can use a CSS solution, however if you can please email our support from here : https://themeforest.net/item/electro-electronics-store-woocommerce-theme/15720624/support with your WP admin details I can check why it wouldn’t work. Probably there is a plugin or custom code overriding it.

The error “The link you followed has expired.” when it occurs during theme upload, it is most likely due to a limitation on upload_max_filesize and post_max_size set by your webhost. Please contact your webhost to increase these 2 values to at least 32M. Alternatively you can use FTP to upload the theme.

Electro is a WooCommerce theme and it supports all the features of WooCommerce. However ”Vendor Management” is not a feature of WooCommerce. There are plugins like Dokan, WC Vendors, etc that allow you to extend WooCommerce into a vendor management system. While the theme is compatible with Dokan and WC Vendors, we only provide basic compatibility support. We do not provide support for its features or non-availability of features.

Both Dokan and WC Vendors plugins will display vendor informations on single product page within WooCommerce tabs block.

SVG may not be supported on all mobile browsers. You can use a regular png file instead. Adding padding to the carousel will remove hiding. We can help you with this after you purchase the theme.

I imported the demo content before the update

The theme can be updated in 3 ways :

1. Automatically : You can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme automatically. Instructions here : https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/

2. Semi-Automatically : Sometimes (1) does not work. You should install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old theme and install the new one.

3. Manually : You should download the latest installable WP theme from your themeforest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.

Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes. 

After updating the theme you can add the mobile pages and other pages like explained here : https://docs.madrasthemes.com/electro/topics/set-up-pages/
