When I’m installing plugins like fusion white label branding, convert plus, advanced custom fields pro, layerslider wp and revolution slider I get this error message “Something went wrong with the plugin API”. Any idea why?

Hi, Is there a way to temporarily disable a row in Fusion Builder? I don’t want to delete the row from the page because I want to add it later. I just want to disable it like you can do in Visual Composer. I see there is an option to hide on different view-ports (small, medium, large) but when I select all three it doesn’t save my changes. It only works if I select 1 or 2 of the choices. I just want to keep it from showing on any device until I am ready to finish configuring that row.

We need to select one of the visibility option. All three options can not be deselected. You can however save a column and then add it later when you need it. Screenshot here

A bit bug at the default login box when hover where if there is an autocomplete, when you move your mouse to the autocomplete field, then the login box disappear. I know my support is out. I have been using this theme for more than 1 year and I thought I would receive this update. You can see example: https://www.maxibi.com/.

Hai, if the My Account link is in the main menu you can reproduce the bug I told you. If it is on the top menu it’s working. You can try reproduce that on your live site. I can confirm this bug. Can you please look at it ? My site is live, you can register, and then u can save your login information on your browser like chrome which will save an autofill form. Then, you can logout and try login using the auto-filled value, when you hover on the username (auto-filled), the box will disappear. I think this is related to the z-index but I dont know which one to set. Not sure. Can you help on this default behaviour?

I’m using Google Chrome, haven’t tried this on another browser but I think the result would be the same.

I wish to write this on the support but as I told you before, your support form asking too much information for a simple question. That’s why I never asked question there even I got support period.

I see different PageSpeed scores for different themes, and multiple comments on here regarding PageSpeed. Unfortunately, SEO and Google are what matter so PageSpeed matters more than Pingdom. GTMetrix and WebPageTest are fine for testing but not that useful in the real world.

That said, https://avada.theme-fusion.com/science/ seems to rate “low” for Mobile (54/100). Since Google is now focusing on Mobile load times, what are your plans to optimize this so that it can be made better. Honestly, I would pay 2x the purchase price of this theme to get scores of 95+/100 across MOST of your Avada demos, not just the classic one (which is very nice but not what I am going to use).

Yes, mobile speed scores are important for sure and so is page speed. And yes, various test methods are also important and not just the google page speed test as defacto.

The Avada demos are not specifically optimized for mobile performance but can be using the available tools. Mobile speed tests do not like images at all. They have not taken into account the fact that mobile phones are now faster, cellular networks are now more reliable and offer minimum 3G if not 4g LTE. This does not mean your site is slow on mobile, only that it might report slower. For mobile, the criteria they use for testing is entirely different and does not match real-world usage like desktop will.

In terms of visible content on mobile, Avada has mobile visibility settings that allow you to decide what is displayed on mobile vs. desktop -> https://d.pr/i/victPN – this is applicable to containers, columns and elements.

Lastly, the render-blocking notice from Google in that speed test is not applicable either. Each of the JS scripts come from the WordPress Core and not the theme and are necessary for things to work as the page is loaded.

Besides all of the above, it’s quite possible if you do not get these results there are other factors at play. Server response time, server resource issues. additional plugins, caching system, etc.

I’m looking through your online documentation but I do not see any instructions on how to install typekit fonts. I found how to install custom fonts but I can’t find a way to download the font I want… typekit only license their products

For the TypeKit you need to put the TypeKit code inside Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Code Fields and then use custom CSS to assign the fonts to elements, Since TypeKit is not bundled in WordPress by default, you need to implement your fonts in your WP installation yourself. Hi guys. Client provided me avada theme 5.5 to install on their site and update theme options. On pages that have color picker I see only huge color picker and nothing else. I founded that such bug appear not just me. I doesn’t have any plugins except required for theme. Any information how we can fix it?

Please make sure that your theme is properly registered and there is no error in system status, furthermore the Envato token cache can take some time to show update and it will be available for you soon, please also try and “Force Check” from the Update Core section inside WP dashboard.

Hello – The website page I have issues with is the following:

I am trying top use a background image, on a full width block, using a full size image, and the result looks blurry. I did select the right settings I’m sure; and the image is a 1920*1080 image with 500DPI. I spent a lot of time trying to fix this,; couldn’t find anything online either :(
