No this isn’t normal. try to deactivate all the installed plugins (if any) and see if this helps. If not, please register to the support forum and post your problem, I will need you to post you WP login details privately there.

I’m trying to be helpful for every body here and there, and keep answering the questions for emails, support topics and commets here plus my actual work (making themes and keeping them updated and maintained), so it possible to forget sometimes (I’m human ) and this makes some people unhappy, but be sure I’m doing my best to keep all my buyers as happy as possible, so please accept my apologizes again.
For your problem, it it’s not a permissions issue (as the images of team members on “Who we are” page are showing up), it looks like the fullscreen page has broken link to javascript file. But since you have modified the core theme files, I cannot help! Mostly one of your modifications causes the issue.
To be able to help you I need you to install the original theme without any custom modifications (i.e. replace the original theme in place of the modified one, after backing it up of course), and don’t forget to set the permissions again, this only could solve your issue, see it you still have issues with the fullscreen home page.
And let me know how it goes (on the support forum).
BTW , how did you updated to 1.3? using the “change” folder contents, or with the entire 1.3 folder?
the question that i want to ask before i buy is can you use the gridded portfolio style as a blog. It seems do able i just want to make sure before i purchase
Actually it was planned before I release the theme (masonry layout option for the blog) but finally I decided to not include this feature to reduce the headache!
You’re the first one ask for this, this MAYBE make me think again and include this feature in a near future update.

I have an open discussion forum service from March 8. No solution. the theme is not compatible with IE9 . I communicate to Envato if the solution is not found you to be eliminated from IE9 compatibility.
Sir, with a theme working on all the supported browsers (I mean the browsers which the theme supports, Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome, IE9 and IE8 ) with all the buyers (only one or two of them had issues and it was bowser issue, and solved with the proper settings), and working with you even on IE8 which has the minimun support (no CSS3 advantages which the theme depending on in many places), this mostly means that you have a browser and/or a content issue.
Many plugins (widgets, navigations menu, footer social bar) and heavy content (the sidebar only has 15 youtube vides, yes I counted them! even the menu has a dropdown with a video!). I cannot explain why this may happen, this is a matter you can ask microsoft about, but for sure there are hundreds of buyers didn’t have a single problem similar to yours, and I checked your site and there’s no technical issue.
I’m sorry to say that but the only conclusion is it maybe a browser/content issue. it could be a personal browser issue on your machine, or maybe a general issue of IE9 . You can expect anything from IE in this matter, unfortunately!
I deactivate all or reinstall everything, but nothing happens, there is something wrong with IE9 … It is puzzling that works with all other browsers and not with IE9 . 14 videos in the widget … the page is loaded in 5 seconds all inclusive as supercache says, what is the problem? if you see the images of the youtube video of IE9 are deformed. I have more problems in the management articles, does not make me add and edit tad permalink.
I also tested the blog with other pc with IE9 installed, to verify that the problem was my browser
is a nightmare. I hope that does not pass another week to the next answer. regards

Yes you can paginate the portfolio and and decide how many items in a page from the theme options panel.
But note that when you use portfolio pagination and filtering together, the fiter will apply on items in the current single page , not on all items on the other pages.

I tried a different audio format and it works fine, I think it was a corrupt audio file I was using prior, nothing to do with your theme im sure. Thanks This theme is four stars!
