Hi, Mini cart is not updating upon adding a product in add to cart. Ajax is enabled in the woocommerce product tab. Until refresh you do see the number increasing on the card. ?

1/ This theme is compatible with multi-vendor include Dokan and WC Vendor. Now, we install demo for each plugins. Please go to the our demo and click on the pages which we include it in the Vendors menu to enjoy it ( dashboards, store list, Vendor store page, vendor product page).
2/ Now, Multi-vendor plugins included vendor login/register on the my account page of WooCommerce. So if you want to create or login vendor account, please go to the Vendors = > Login/register

I am interested in acquiring your theme. I want to build a site where vendors will sell trip expertise. I have some questions regarding the features we need. Can your theme do the following (if not do you know of a solution we can implement in addition to your theme) :
- Set up 3 products /offers that will be the same for all vendors but where the vendors can set their own price for these products. Prevent vendors from adding new products.
- Manually approve a vendor when he registers
- Set up a form when a customer buy an offer with questions about what they need (personalized digital products)
- Sell digital products : disable shipping and set up a chat functionality when the purchase has been made so the vendor can sell the archive and the vendor and buyer can communicate directly.
- Set up a timer for delivery (as in Fiverr)

1. Currently, Our theme is compatible with multi-vendor include Dokan and WC Vendor. So please contact with the developer of those plugins to get answer for this question.
2. For this question, you can use WC Vendor and uncheck for Registration : Registration(http://prntscr.com/in111p). After do that, when user register an account, the role will be Pending Vendor and you need to go the admin => user and approve it is vendor account(http://prntscr.com/in12tz)
3. We are so sorry that currently our theme do not support this feature.
4. We are so sorry that our theme do not support chat functionality. However, there are many chat plugins now and you can install it on our theme.

1/ You can see in sw siezz changle, version 1.1.0 was only compatible WooCommerce 3.3.1.
Today, we have just released sw siezz version 1.1.1 which is compatible with WooCommerce 3.3.3. Please update it for your site.

2/ For 404 error, you need to save permalink for your site. To do it, please go to the admin => settings => permalink => then click on save button. After that, this problem will solved.

Hi there. I have a pre-sales question about the Siezz – Modern Multipurpose MarketPlace WordPress Theme. One is, can I use both video and images for the product detail page? I see there is thumbnail video option but I would like to have the option to showcase a product using a video in place of or in addition to multiple images.
Two, I have products I will use the full cart and checkout features for but I also have products I would like to enter like a catalog where they see everything just like a add to cart item but there is no bottom to add to the cart but rather something like get more info or contact us for the price…is this possible to have both a catalog type store and a full cart store together? Why is different the Wordpress version to the opencart version? For example:
- Possible to build the checkout page such as the opencart version ? - Possible to have the add to cart notice ( green notice bar with tick) on the top? - In the opencart version the social network login is made . In this wp theme its made? - Can it be possible to shown how many people have been ordered next to the rating ? - And at last for me is important the side Categories Popup bar . Wp have this ?

3/ WordPress and Opencart is 02 different CMS and we build this theme base on each feature of each CMS. So there will have many different between the WordPress version and Opencart version like you say.

In the Opencart version the account login and order managing is solved with the So Quick Tools extension but in WP how did you solving this ?
