Hello. This is just an observation to help improve the theme, but in the page builder, when you create a row with say 3 columns, there is no ability to set the left/right padding for each individual column. Only top and bottom exists.
The only left/right option that is present is for the entire row, so setting that affects only the container and not the elements inside.
Similarly its the same with the various page builder elements. Why is there not the ability to set padding / margins etc on each element like in Visual Composer?

3 Last presale questions: 1) Is it possible to place html in the footer? 2) Is it possible to place html in the copyright-section? 3) Is it possible to adjust the resolution of the template: so, that in 1024×768, there will be not a hamburger-menu already. A hamburger menu will be needed for smaller resolutions, but we do want that on Tablets (1024×768) the menu will be visible (not a hamburger-menu). Thanks!

1 – 2. You can use a child theme to alter the footer section to place HTML.
3. Currently the menu responsive behavior displays the responsive menu on tablets and mobiles. You can customize it to have it on mobiles only but will require changes. Best if you get those changes through a developer.

Does Kreativa have special function integration with Lightroom Sync? For example, does it work with filter tags?
Hi,
Lightroom can be integrated using WP/LR plugin which bridges WordPress with lightroom. It can be used to populate portfolio posts. It can also attach images to the posts. That’s officially how the plugin works. You might need to edit the posts and set the categories for filters to work.

Hi, nice looking theme. I have a couple basic questions…
Pre-sales Questions:
1 – Does the theme require any 3rd party plugins to be installed to look like your demo (Like Visual Composer)?
2 – For “Client Management and Proofing” how are the selections (selected and rejected) stored in the database? Separate unique table? If not, where?
3 – Is the PageBuilder your custom builder or a 3rd party product?
4 – Where are you using Rev Slider on your demo?

1. We have our own pagebuilder with the theme. No third party plugins are required to make it function as in theme. All required custom post formats are bundled with the theme.
2. Proofing and client system is implemented using postmeta data. They are stored within the post data section which is the standard method of storing them.
3. The pagebuilder is our product and comes with the theme.

Quick question:
What is the major difference between a gallery and a portfolio? Why would someone want to use one instead of the other?
Suggestions:
Fullscreen Image – add random option. (selecting from specified tags etc)
Events – add a purchase ticket option that links to a WooCommerce product.

1. A portfolio gallery requires creating a post for each thumbnail in the portfolio gallery. This is great to display project information where the visitor can click the thumbnail and see more details about it.
A thumbnail gallery only needs images to create a gallery. This can be used to create image galleries easily by drag and drop. Clicking on the thumbnails display the larger image.

Hi, I am curious, I’m using the iMaginem page builder for blogposts, but my SEO plugin does not recognize the richtext box or heading as text. Can you please confirm whether the text written in the richtext box is recognized by Google’s bot as actual text?

Seo plugins not seeing contents outside of post editor will not affect how google bot sees the page. If the browser output displays contents then google bot will see it.
Seo plugins only look inside the default post editor of WordPress admin section for contents. Google bot and all search engines checks the actual page output from the browser. That’s the page you see from the browser with text contents images and all other HTML elements dynamically generated, which is what really matters for SEO.

Hello. In lightbox I can easily add a purchase URL (by going into the item via media library) and this works perfectly. However, how can i change the word “PURCHASE”? Hi, i have been trying your theme, but i have some issues trying to make a page with blank page template. It show some pictures but no text, using the builder. If i change to the default template everything works fine, but in blank template it’s not working. I’m trying to create a landing page so i need no menu or sidebar, just text and pictures.

Hi. I bought Kinetika and I love it. One questions, I am setting up photography page and I dont know if there is way to protect my images from being downloaded. Do you have any option to turn off “save image as” click? Or anything else in Media gallery that can be applied to all images? Any plugings you can recommend?

You’ve posted to Kreativa theme. We do have right click block which will display a message instead of displaying the context menu. Could you check theme options to find this option. You’ll also see the function from demo where context menu , right click is blocked and a message displayed instead.

Hi, I am checking your template and you would have 2 pre-sale question.
1. Is there a way to add pagination in template proof gallery? As a photographer I am having galleries with more than 300 images. If all loads in one page, there is a huge loading lag.
2. Regarding same gallery, is there an option to select all images? Having a lot images to handle, it is hard to click on every single image if needed to delete all of them.

1. Since the proofing galleries are images and with filters they don’t have pagination. A larger set will effect direct proportionally to the speed of page load. Since speed of load is tied to the sum of file sizes you can reduce the amount of time by web optimizing the images.
2. If you mean deleting images from the WordPress media library, then bulk delete option is available in it, which is a core function of WordPress. If you visit the media library you’ll see the option called ‘Bulk Select’ which can be used to manage multiple selections.

Portfolio has a Sort section where you can sort the portfolio items by drag and dropping them to the order you prefer.
You can also sort thumbnail gallery images by drag and dropping them.
