Hello. I just bought this theme and play with setings. I imported demo data using GoodLayers importer and then triyed to change theme settings and imported again but another variant. Theme now broken. Are there way to restore settings or delete imported data or i should only only install new database or use backup plugin. And where i can find purchase code ? Thank you.

Hello. I watched your booking system walkthrouh video. But i do not understand can i check the room availability for certain day or period of time ? Also when order placed i do not see the note what room was booked and for what period of time. Also does room become unavailable when booked by someone ? Can i configure booking system that way that users can only ask for availability of the room with the message sent to email and/or to phone ?

1. The system won’t show the number of availability at the curtain date. It will only send the transaction to admin and admin has to mark them manually. However, the system will block the room if it’s full.

3. If it’s full, it can’t be booked anymore.
4. Sorry, we don’t have that feature :/ In this case, you may disable the online payment and leave only the booking button. Then you may send email to customer directly after booking.

1. Yes, you can separate each branch using category.
2. Yes, you can use localization to translate the theme.
3. If you’re looking for multiple language, we recommend WPML.
4. Unfortunately, we don’t have built in translation files.
5. For update, you will get it forever(or until we decide to remove this theme)
6. Really sorry, our theme support only Paypal, Paymill, Authorised.net and Stripe. To integrate other payment options, you have to hire a coder to do this. It’s pretty big work.

1.) OTAs – We need Indian Hotel Aggregators connected with our Front END CMS booking system.
The main concerns are we will listing our rooms on GOIBBIBO, CLEARTRIP, MakeMyTrip, PAYTM, TRIVAGO … so when need to sync that rooms bookings to our website … whenever a booking is done at our premises or theirs.
In simple words, room booking can be done by 3 modes… Offline (or by Phone), Online Website (QLO Frontend CMS Booking), or any aggregator websites like GOIBIBO, CLEARTIP, etc etc …
What we need is whenever a booking is done at any one of these three modes… it could get syn automatically among all 3. This will eliminate manual work and overbooking and other things.
In Nutshell … will it sync with GOIBIBO, TRIVAGO, CLEARTRIP, MAKEMYTRIP, TRAVELADVISOR
2.) We need to manage hotel … and there are many services, room booking & misc services which will be done offline mode … So is this capable of handling all such stuff … Or we need to opt for other HMS.
3.) Indian Payment Gateway : Does it supports CCAVENUE, PAYTM, PAYUMONEY or RAZORPAY.
4.) Will is be able to work with existing Woocommerce Payment Gateway.
5.) CASH BACK & Reward System for regular customers … booking at hotels.
6.) SMS Notification on booking at any 3 modes … sent from our own website (with our own custom message).
We need these feature … so help us out.

1. Unfortunately, the theme does’t support that. The theme only support iCal in order to allow to connect with other platforms. You can lear more about iCal here: http://demo.goodlayers.com/document/hotelmaster (Hotel System > ical section)
2. Sorry, it doesn’t have offline management system. I suggest you to use this as a frontend for web booking and use the booking transaction to manage with your existing Hotel Managing system. It’s quite different purpose at the first place.

When you import the demo content, normally, your server will download images from our server. However, you will need to change those images later.
