Although, before doing so, I have a few questions: - Is the theme translation ready (French) ? - Is it supporting payment solutions for buying tickets such as Stripe, paypal, etc ? - Do you have examples of websites using your theme for me to go a bit deeper in discovering it ?

Hello – I recently purchased your theme. I’m hoping you’d be kind enough to assist me in figuring out why my pages are not showing. I would like the site to look similar to the “preview” (http://www.thematicwebs.com/demo/wp/eventix/layout1/#) but I’m no where close and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong.

You can see I have pages created but they are not displaying. Why? When I use “Frontend” when editing the page, I can see something remotely like it. Maybe I’m not understanding the WPBakery Page Builder plugin? Should I be using Posts vs Pages?

Also, my CSS is rusty, do I have to do CSS to have some design?

I’m updating a website I used the Eventix theme on and the Visual Composer plugin no longer works. It was the first item listed on the Feature List. So it didn’t even occur to me that it would stop working. The content blocks aren’t even accessible without it.

Is the theme ready for the last update from Wordpress 4.7.5? It is a security update so is urgent for us. Thanks

Hey Thematicwebs-Team,

i ran into a problem with the galery element. The theme doesn’t seem to be able to handle two galleries on the same page.

The first one is processed just fine, but the second one ends up displaying all images below each other. It looks like the script doesn’t process it at all.

What solution would you suggest to this problem?

Hey there! We enjoy working with your theme – and our client does also! Now we have to translate the website with the “Easy Translation Manager” to make it possible to choose between german and english. How can we manage that with the onepage architecture of the theme?

Unfortunately it doesn’t work out of the box. Can you help us with that?

I solved the previous problem. My new problem is my logo is off center. What CSS can I add to lower or raise the logo on the header? Thanks.

My logo has a box around it, even though it’s a PNG with no border and a transparent background. How do I fix this on the eventix theme?

I am not sure where to put the MailChimp code and get it to look like what you show on the theme options for Layout 3. There are 3 boxes where you can put in info and sign up for a mailing list.

Also i need to remove the default blog appearing on homepage.

hi, i am having trouble including two testimonials sections on the 1 page using layout 1. The first testimonial section works fine but when i include another section further down the page it doesn’t work at all. No js is included on the testimonials so it just shows everything in one long line, can we not include two sections with testimonials?

I have someone working on installing the theme and demo content on my site, however they said the following error occurred and to contact the theme author.

it seems that going to Appearance > Theme Options > Utilities to import the rest of the demo content would result in this error :

Disregard the previous message, I manage to install the theme via FTP. But now I cannot install the DEMO content. When I go to tools->import and browse the “import” folder I cannot see the “import” folder.

I’ve been looking for your support site and I don’t see it. I’m stuck in the installation. You say to upload the eventix.zip file but when I expanded the original .zip file, there’s no eventix.zip file within that folder. It only shows folders and no zip files

When I add new pages with Visual Composer, they extend to the edges of the screen in width. I want them to be the same width as the other modules in the demo content. How can I do that?
