The theme itself has no email options, it does not have any settings for mailing confirmations or sending any emails to users. You will have to manage these either through the hosting if they provide such a service, or with a plugin

Hi,
Is there any way to disable the slider on Grid 1 on mobile devices? I want to have one big image like on desktops and then 2 squares in row twice, or just 4 squares underneath.
Simply on desktops it looks good and I want to disable the sliber between 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th post on mobile devices in Grid 1.
In your theme Newsmag it work how I wrote, but it is possible in Newspaper 8?

The grids in the Newspaper theme are predefined, how they look in terms of layout and also based on device cannot be modified by a theme setting. Check all the available grids and full grids, maybe you can find a different one that looks how you want on mobile. See them all here

Hi i’ve looked at the comments on the theme page of Themeforest, and you said this 2 years ago.
Unfortunately, at this moment, the theme is only compatible with the woocommerce plugin, without any major customizations or changes at code level to change the woocommerce functionality. We only change the style of the plugin to be in according with the theme design and also added some settings in Theme panel for the custom sidebar and sidebar position.In the next period, we will concentrate to add better integration with woocommerce and extend shop’s functionality, we’ll add invoice and package label generator and interactive basket as well as other cool features. Until then you can try a plugin to add the shopping cart or try to add it yourself.
You simply have not done this and to say you will is actually misleading and from what I can see adding the functionality is quite simple from a code point of view. Why could you just not include it?
You just don’t seem to be delivering on what you promise and most other themes are.

But, if you need a powerful ecommerce template for your website, there are a lot of great themes out there and they are specialized on ecommerce just as Newsmag is specialized on publishing content for news and magazine.

How do I add photo gallery to homepage? I want this gallery to be updated dynamically once photos are added/removed from gallery?

You can use either a wordpress, gallery, a tagdiv gallery ( https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/ ) or a revolution slider gallery element. It comes down to prefference. Each gallery needs you to add the image to it manually. They cannot grab images automatically though. You have to edit the gallery and place the new images in the gallery element.

You can use a text widget and implement it through the tiny mce editor.

I bought this theme some time ago and now there are some demos missing. In the Intall Demo panel are appearing only 14 demos.

The newsmag theme only features 14 demos. I think you are confusing the theme with our newspaper theme which has more demos. than newsmag.

We just launched a brand new site and installed this theme fresh from the get-go. However we’re getting persistent errors across the board and are incredibly frustrated that this doesn’t work out of the box. Again this is happening on a brand new install with NO OTHER plugins installed. And yes, we’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the theme and the bundled plugins.
When attempting to use the TagDiv Composer the window freezes and we’re getting this: Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
And the default WordPress Customize, Widgets, or Editor pages and are throwing this error (which does not exist if we switch back to the default WP 2017 theme): Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in /home/sitename/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3094
What in the world is going on and how do we resolve these errors that your theme is causing?

Well we are running on high version of MT, so it was definitely an option. Thanks for pointing out the functions that we needed to enable. It solved half the issues but are still getting this error…

1. I use manual excerpts in some posts (not all). Do this plugin show excerpts when you go into a concrete post? Is it possible to customize it via theme options or CSS?
2. I use Memberpress to allow subscribers to access restricted content. Is your theme compatible with this?
3. Could I hide featured image from all posts and pages?
4. I was using Voice Theme, but I migrated to Jannah Theme (it had some problems with my last questions). Do I need to go back to Voice, or could I do the importation from Jannah?
5. Do you have typography settings in order to customize them easily?
6. I see you have a login tool for menus. Could I customize in order to give access not through wp-login? My members access through the Memberpress tool.

There are options to customize the font properties of the excerpts, the theme also has a custom CSS code section in the theme panel and Live CSS feature for further customization of the excerpts.
2. We did not make any tests with that plugin so I could not say if it will work fully or not. But you can install it and check the results.
3. The featured image can be hidden from the post pages, for all the posts. There is also a post template that you ca choose which will not display the featured image in the post page. Check the live theme demo Features menu->Post templates to see how all the templates look

The theme will also create thumbnails from these images, these will be displayed on blocks/modules on pages and various locations

4. You can switch from any theme to the newspaper theme. You could consult guides on how to properly switch WordPress themes, such as this one for example
5. There are font settings for almost all the elements the theme has. More were added in previous updates. Now you can customize fonts and font properties directly as building the page with the tagDiv composer. Additionally there are general settings in the theme panel

6. The theme login is based on default WordPress login functionality. It works the same just with a different design. The login can be disabled and you could use a custom login if needed
