There seems to be an issue with your support system. I get a ticket for some items but for others raised the same day no case number is provided by e-mail and no response. It looks like some are not getting logged correctly.

I submitted a report ticket last week but have had no reply. I’ve checked server config which look sidentical. Is there something that uses that you can help point me in the right direction of? Any news on my ticket?

After adding the products in the Cart, both Cart & Checkout pages are blank. Am I missing some steps here? Please guide me.

Hello, its a presale question. I was looking if your theme supports following features

1. Product slider with 6 products in the front and in a single line.

2. New badge for new products and also review stars under the each product on the shop.

3. Color swatches for the variable products. When Hovered on the color swatches, the product image gets changed. On single product page.

4. I don’t want to show add to cart, add to wishlist, login, registration. for the customers.

5. Product slider for the similar products or upsells on single product page.

I got to say, excellent from so many aspects! It is well built and you took care of improving it by adding more and more features. Thumbs up! However, I am disappointed that when adding an iconbox, I can only upload an image and you do not have prebuilt icons that I can use with a click of a button. Even installing the font awesome plugin does not help because the only option is to upload the image. Icons are such a basic feature and I am surprised it got completely missed. Also, no way to change the color of buttons from the UX builder; I know I can always create a class but the point is to get basic tasks like changing a color easily and quickly. There is a need for more granular control and a patch update within the wordpress to quickly fix things in case of bugs. Nonetheless kudos to you.

Hi team.. The Instagram error is come back. I have updated to latest version, but the problem is come back again… How can I fix it?

I have noticed a couple of issues with sliders on mobile devices.

1. When a slider is touched on screen, the slider stops even though “pause on hover” is set to Off.

2. If i set the slider navigation to be always visible, the navigation doesn’t show on mobile devices.

Any idea how i can fix these two issues?

I have a product menu for categories and image-column item for feature product. At sharing anythinks to facebook, it taken the menu item image as og:image for publish and not the product/blog image. but deleting the image-column item, work fine.

I tried for http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com pages with Facebook Sharing Debugger and is ok but not my website
