Dear friends …. i updated all plugins and now i’m lost. If i like to submit a job, it leads me directly to paypal instead to an overview for the offered packages. Although my settings say, it should show the job packages at first before entering the job details, the package options are not shown. Same behaviour with the resumes. Pls. help. Thank you – Kind regards. Goldkind

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!

You might have both WC Paid Listing and the Simple Paid Listings plugin enabled. Kindly disable the Simple Paid Listings plugin to ensure your packages appear instead of a paypal page.

Hi! For disabling google maps you have given this answer before: ” You can disable the maps feature by editing the Jobs search page template to any other one that is not the Maps and Results Template.” But where can I change the template? Thank you!

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!

You can go to the specific search page and visit the edit screen for the page. You can then change the page template within the Page Attribute: https://cloudup.com/caNSZ2YQ-7g

Hope this helps.

my mobile menu isn’t working. It shows up but nothing happens when you click on it. http://staffing.jitsynergy.com/

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

This does not happen on my install or our demo. Something might be conflicting with your theme. Can you try disabling all 3rd-party plugins to see if the issue goes away?

Hi ! I want to ask some features if is it included on this theme: – different profiles for employees and candidates. – Different options in suscriptions to show , hide or enable different things like publish job, publish personal data, search different profiles, limit directory search, etc etc. – option to disable search or listing to guest visitors. Best Regards !!

PD:PS: Is all plugins mentioned and included in demo, included into the price/package ? or sold separately ?

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

Question: different profiles for employees and candidates.

Answer: Employers and Candidates will have their own dashboard to manage their own submissions.

Question: Different options in suscriptions to show , hide or enable different things like publish job, publish personal data,

Answer: You can create subscriptions using the WC Paid Listing plugin and WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin. You can also hide and add new fields to listing submissions based on subscription package using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin.

Question: limit directory search

Answer: There is no option to limit jobs to the directory search.

Question: option to disable search or listing to guest visitors

Answer:There is no option to restrict searching to users. You can restrict access to Job pages using paid plugins.

Question: PD:PS: Is all plugins mentioned and included in demo, included into the price/package ? or sold separately ?

Answer: All premium plugins are sold separately.

Hope this answers your questions.

Hi Fernando, thanks for your answers.
did the additional plugins has one time payment or they need subscription ?

The WC Paid Listing plugin offers one time payment. You can make it into recurring when you also add the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin.

Hi, is there a way companies can see the jobs they have already submitted in their “account”? At the moment a company can see the packages hey have purchased but not their jobs – what if a company wants to edit their job info after a couple days – how can they do that? Is there a plugin for this? thank you!

Hello there,

Thanks for reaching out today.

Make sure you have created a Job Dashboard page. On that page users can view their submitted jobs and even edit them.

Hello, just a quick question :)

Is it possible to add a comments section to a single job listing?

How can I do it? Any reference source to guide me?

Thank you.

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!

Unfortunately, Job Posts are currently not supported using Jobify at this time. We do not have a guide to have this enabled at this moment in time, unfortunately.

Fernando

Hi,

How can I allow employers to select more than one region for a job position?

Thank you

Hi there,

There is a way to do so. Use this on your functions.php file. See here.

Fernando

Hello, I have purchased the theme and I have not been able to locate where to change the language of some buttons, texts and lists from English to Spanish. Can someone help me ?, I have tried several ways, from crazy translate to change directly in the plugins but nothing works. On the other hand, is it possible to have a different form for each job offered?

Thank you

Hey there,

Hope you are doing well today!

Make sure you follow these steps to make sure your theme is translated: Translating your Website.

Regarding the Application form, it is not possible to have a different form for each job, unfortunately.

If you need additional assistance translating your website, kindly submit a Support Ticket over at our Support Channel. We can better assist there.

Fernando

hi, is it possible to randomize the hero background image? Thanks

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

The Hero background at this time just offer the ability to have a single image not multiple image and randomize them. Sorry about that.

same with https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/company/Aol./ dot . in the URL, seriously? Why can’t you implement proper url rewriting?

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

Regarding the Company url, we are looking to fix this. This is just a limitation for the companies plugin.

As for the AOL URL this was due to the way the Company name was entered at the time of submission. This can be easily edited but unfortunately, WP Job Manager does not have URL Rewriting.

The theme is powered by WP Job Manager and the theme just provides the front-end styling and UI for your website. So I do apologize for any letdown.

Fernando

i am content managing a jobify themed website, how can i duplicate a job?

I see a button nowhere in backend or front end

gr erik

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today.

The Front-end does have a duplicate Job feature. It is on the Job Dashboard Page.

For duplicating jobs from the back-end, you will need to find a plugin.

If you need additional help, contact us through our support page.

ok i sent email now

If i don’t use google map at “Find a Job” Page
https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/find-a-job/

How could i hide it?

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

You can edit the Page and change the Page Template. Selecting another option instead of the Map and Results template will provide only results without a map.

Hope this helps.

Fernando

Hi another option is “Pricing plan” right?
How could i hide the pricing box?

I can not login on your Support section with my Envato account. The pop up are not loading correct. i have tried on two browsers. Please fix it. Thanks.

My support problem is: 1. If I write a city name in my country, the job listing will show it as “Anywhere”. But when I click on “Anywhere” it shows the correct city? How can I make it display the city name instead of “Anywhere”?

2. How can I remove “Regions” when you sign up and only show the city location (optional)?

3. When I write on the frontpage search area and click “search”, nothing happens? Why is that?

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today!

1)Review this article and see under troubleshooting: Why Can’t I See Job Listings on the Map

2)You can just remove the Regions plugin and this will remove the Regions option.

3)Make sure you have a Results page and assign it to Job Listings>Settings Pages. Once assigned the search will know where to redirect users.

If you can email me directly I will be happy to assist further. fernando[at]astoundify[dot]com

I can not make it work, but I have written you an email.

Hi again,

See my email response.

Hi. Observed that the “APPLY FOR JOB” form is expanded and displayed on the Single Job Listing page’s sidebar even after user closed the popup form of the application-button (refer Jobify Classic demo site). Kindly advise the fix for this form display issue.

I purchased the theme via themforest/envato, but I cannot raise this suppose ticket on astoundify’s ticket system. Hence have to raise it here… Please advise whether the support ticket system is linked to the purchased license via envato?

Suspect missing css “display: none!important;”. kindly advise.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you are unable to access support. Have you connected your Envato account to your Astoundify Account and able to select your theme license on the New Ticket page?

Can you try to link your Envato account and then try to submit a ticket from that page? Let me know how it goes.

Either way to solve your issue try adding the following CSS found here.

Hope this helps!

Fermando

Hi. The theme looks great. Is there a possibility to charge job candidates a flat fee to be able to contact and submit application for all the jobs.

Hi there!

Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!

The theme does not have a restriction system in place, but you can look into implementing the Packages plugin. It offers you a way to charge users to view/apply for jobs.

Hope this answers your question.

Fernando

Hi,

I use Gravity Forms on my job ad site which is based on Jobify theme. I am experiencing issues. I need your help!

On a listing page (job ad) when you click on the apply button (“Jelentkezés az állásra”) a pop-up form appears. After filling in all the required fields and hitting the send (“Küldés”) button it should submit the application details, send out notification emails and then disappear giving confirmation message.

However, the form does not disappear after hitting the send button. It does not give error message either when a required field is not filled in. It submits the application details, sends out the notification emails, but the pop-up window stays on screen and a small loading sign keeps going on.

I have tried the plugin conflict, disabled all the plugins but the problem is still there.

In the plugin preview the form works well. I contacted the authors of Gravity Forms, but the directed me to you.

Please use the form on this page for testing (the job ads on the site are live so via the other pages you would apply for jobs :)): https://karrierasportban.hu/job/180412-gyorietohockey-egyesuleti-titkar-ugyvivo/

Thanks for your help.

Best regards, Peter

Hi, due to an error message on themforest/envato, i was debited 4 times for the payment of your theme. I d like a refund of the 3 mistakenly made debit. Can you help process this as fast as possible? thanks.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well today and sorry to hear this happened.

I would recommend contacting Envato about this, or trying to submit a Refund Request.

Kind Regards,

Fernando
