Rows show up full screen even though “Boxed” is check.

The server was infected with malware. In the cleaning process, we had to reinstall the theme. Before the site was full width by default for background images, but rows were forced to be boxed by using the row options. Now the option is checked for boxed, but all rows on the front page still go full width. Please help me solve this issue, it’s affecting the appearance of the website and now the footer menu will not display.

Hi. Could you please confirm if this theme has a live front-end editor included? Or does that come separately?

Somethings actually wrong with the theme.

I have tested this on a blank, plugin free wordpress (using just the ones needed for the theme).

Updating anything using the theme options or the page panels etc, just returns a ‘ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE’ and the URL changes to /wp-admin/options.php. Soometimes it does not do this, but mostly it does.. its near impossible to use. Seems the more I try and change, the more it happens. Possible that importing demo’s does this to the site.

I loose so so much work because of this, I could be doing masses of edits and bamn, its gone..

I thought it was other plugins but testing this all.. nope.

Its the theme or the themes plugins.

Please let me know when this is fixed, as I am going to have to use another theme from now on due to this error. Hope its fixed soon!

Hi I bought Native theme and I want to create russian language shop. For me it is important to create russian language frontend. I know that this theme is translated into english, russian and german but I is not about admin area – frontend is importand for me. Is it possible to create russian language forntend with all elements translated in to russian?

p.s: I have polish – language wordpress and english theme in admin area and this is ok for me as I know polish and english but I need to create russian frontend because my customers will be russians.

Hi, The Header Builder does not work properly, i can’t change the background color, when first time set it won’t change our takes another color

I’m having a problem with the template. When I change anything in the theme options, it works hours later. For example, if I change the menu background color, I cannot see it at the moment, it’s hours later when the change works. Could we somehow force the new styles?

I have a problem with visualisation of a web site after updating with the newest WPBakery Page Builder plug-in.I allready contacted the WPBakery support and got this answer:

“Hi,

The issue is because the older visual composer (now WPBakery Page Builder) is modified by the theme author by customizing the existing elements and adding the new one’s. Now when you update it, the customization made by the theme author is lost which causes the issue. You can check it with the theme author if there is any way to preserve the customization done by him with the latest version, so that there is no such issue at your end.”
