Hi, I just bought the theme and I couldn´t install it. Your theme throw me up and error with the codeless builder plug in. I´m trying to get contact to support by codeless page using my purchase code and throw me up a message that says to me that support time has expired. Moreover, the WP Bakery Plugin does not work or needs to be activated. However, I do not have any activation key.

I bought the theme “Creatic” and made the installation following the instructions, I made the setup. But the pages are all unconfigured. Only codes appear on the home screen.

In the “WP Bakery” edition, the texts inside the blocks do not appear, you can not edit anything.

after trying to install it says the css sheets are missing. Then I tried the Wordpress version install and it crashed my site
