how will upgrade old version new version theme please help

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The theme can be updated in 3 ways :
1. Automatically : You can use Envato Market plugin to update the theme automatically. Instructions here : https://ibndawood.com/how-to-update-a-themeforest-wordpress-theme-or-a-codecanyon-wordpress-plugin/
2. Semi-Automatically : Sometimes (1) does not work. You should install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ , download the latest installable WP theme zip file from your Themeforest downloads page and then upload it via Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and upload the zip file. The “easy upgrades” plugin will backup the old theme and install the new one.
3. Manually : You should download the latest installable WP theme from your themeforest downloads page, rename your current theme folder in wp-content/themes folder, unzip the downloaded WP theme from your Themeforest downloads page and upload it to wp-content/themes folder.
Please note that updating a theme will override any custom changes that you make to the parent theme. Hence we recommend using a child theme. A child theme is not meant to be updated and should contain only your custom changes.

First of all congratulate you for the magnificent work.
I bought the theme for WordPress (electro-v2.0.5). I follow the installation steps that appear in the tutorial:

Unzipped the correct folder/s and selected the corresponding file.
The message appears and it does not let me upload the subject

I repeated the process from the WordPress installed in localhost with MAMP.
I originally loaded it into WordPress from the console (Hosting Premium Linux con cPanel) that offers the Goodaddy hosting web.
It gives me the same message and I can not load the theme.
Make the install process with WordPress 4.9.5 and Mac.
I need help to know what I can do please.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The error “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.” when it occurs during theme upload, it is most likely due to a limitation on upload_max_filesize and post_max_size set by your webhost. Please contact your webhost to increase these 2 values to at least 32M. Alternatively you can use FTP to upload the theme.

And I found various themes on Envato market which already has this features.

Full width is not extending end-to-end. Full-width is extending upto container. Center full width extends only upto 80%.
Full width is full width of the container and does not have sidebar.

There should be two types of drop down:

(2) There should be drop down menu for “Vendor” as well, like this https://prnt.sc/jqkl95
If I activate any vendor plugin and hover on my account icon then also its showing me an “user” menu drop down instead of “vendor”
As per your comment if I create any menu then there is only menu item I can select in
*your comment Appearance > Menus and assign that menu to Electro > Header > Header User Account > Dropdown menu
You can create a vendor menu with items that you want to have and assign it to Electro > Header > Header User Account > Dropdown menu. You can create menus in Appearance > Menus.

There should be 2 types of Menu:
(1) When normal user or buyer log in then he will see this drop down menu https://prnt.sc/jqkk43 after enabling it Electro > Header > Header User Account and based on woocommerce plugin..
(2) what if any person register himself as vendor or seller. which menu he will see?
And as per your comments If creates a new menu from Appearance > Menus for vendor and assigned to Electro > Header > Header User Account > Dropdown menu.. in this case both vendor & user can see this vendor menu.

Solution as me: there should be two options to select menu in Electro > Header > Header User Account > Dropdown menu 1) Woo commerce default menu for normal user
2) there should be a option to select vendor vendor menu dropdown if we create it in Appearance > Menus. so that vendor can see he log in as vendor

Managing nav menu user roles is outside of theme’s scope. It is better managed via plugin. I believe this plugin does exactly what you’ve requested. You can add as many as roles and different menus. It is much better managed via theme than via code. It allows you to switch the theme without having to lose these changes.

The block is set to 100% I can close the gap with moving the block to the left but then i get a big gap on the right side. Making the block 105% is an option but then it`s not good on mobile view. Can you please advice me what to do?

I’ve been mentioning about our sites
1. Mobile header / off canvas not working 2. Product page half width 3. All dept menu not showing on PC issues..
All cache plugins have been disabled and removed all html tag that you guys said may cause a problem but the problem is not fixed.
I dont think this is the problem.
Its really frustrating us because customers all calling in asking why the menu isnt working..
They cant navigate. We disabled all our marketing at this moment..

I got a reply for Anas regarding our site.
I’ve been informed that our mobile header / product page width / all dept menu issue was due to a html tag on the menu which she removed.
However, our site is not working on our end.
And yes, we cleared all cache for all browsers & site and its still not working.
To give you a brief history, after the update mobile header / product page width / all dept menu didnt work on all browsers. After few hours, it worked on chrome for few hours and then it went weird again.
All we did was upload products.
Its been 3 days since our site has been acting out after the update.
We really need your help.

Im not sure with exactly header version You use and its hard to solve IT out. But try to mąkę sure you assigned proper menu for menu location in Appearence > Menus > Manage Locations. You can also check if of canvas menu is selected.
If that doesnt work, write to our support system with login details so we will sort IT out.

Thank you for purchasing our theme V2 home header is designed to be always shown on homepage, because layout is based on left sidebar – notice that for example on shop pages header is showing on click.
As a clue, header on v2 may dissapear when you scroll down if you will enable sticky header in theme options.
Anyway, if you need Shop by Department to be shown and closed by a click, write to our support with new ticket, we will make custom css for you
