You say multiple times that no paid plugins needed, but at the bottom of the page it says no booking system included. So do you actually have to pay for a booking system and paid plugins are needed?

Hi,

I have some questions here. ListingPro provide many good features but do you provide features like a commission once someone book and pay for a tour/travel provided by an agency list?

What I mean here is we will get some commission when someone book and pay their travel listing.

Pasted links, like youtube urls.

Not sure I understand, what do you mean by “FT ” Listings?

Why is it 50% of the short codes in the email management don’t work? I brought it up to the help desk for assistance I was conviently directed to irrelevant articles. You guys can test it yourself most of the short codes dont work! It’s really frustrating!

I jist got an answer from your engineers saying “we’re confused” about my simple question(s) of why majority of your own short-codes don’t work in their native field…

That’s why I’m frustrated.

Hi CareHomeListings, Have you changed the standard default email templates and applied these shortcodes in the text section instead of the visual section?

Because this is a shortcode, if you apply this in the visual option, the email will give back the same shortcode without the expected result.

Also, if you still get the same issue, make a short video with (loom) google extension and sent the link to our support team.

You guys are doing great work and this theme is superb but… there is a usability issue and I know this has been mentioned before but I think it’s worth repeating as it’s become a big issue for us.. we run a pretty popular website and your theme is superb for what we want – but we’re loosing a couple of customers a week because of the ‘save and preview’ process.

When a customer selects images for their listing and then presses ‘save and preview’ it not only seems to take way too long to do anything but there is no indication that anything is even happening – other than the spinner. Of course customers think it’s ‘stuck’ and then refresh the page and they get an error message, and have to start again only to repeat the same mistake. They get annoyed and simply walk away.

The upload process desperately needs a progress bar at least and much clearer indication about what’s happening. I’ve renamed our button ‘upload & preview’ and put a warning message underneath – this has helped a little but this is still a huge issue for us.

I know you have a new version coming out at some point – please can you look to address this as part of the update.

“Good morning, unfortunately the support has expired, but I forgot to ask for something: In which menu should I insert language switcher, to make it appear on the search results page? Ticket ID 26037 again. I replied to the original post, but I don’t know if you saw it. There is an error when trying to add a listing and it seems to be happening on safari on a Mac and also iPhone. I am experiencing the error and so are users trying to add a listing. Support has not offered any help. They just make a screen video of it working for them and say it is working. It doesn’t help for them to keep sending me videos of it working for them. I spent a lot of time setting this site up and it would be really great if it worked. There are some errors when I run the console while submitting a listing. Safari shows more errors than Chrome or Firefox. Can you offer any support?
