I notice that home.zip file is missing from my download or is there a way to go about it. I am finding it difficult to import slider to my website.

We recommend you to use our demo import system, Go to Theme Options > Demo Importer and import slider of any demos you want.
If you want to import slider or any other data manually, Submit an ticket on our support forum.
For updating WPBakery plugin, delete it and Install new version from Appearance > Install Plugins, But currently update not needed.

1. Go to Theme Options > Typography > Body you can change font size, example set 20px
2. This is an issue and we will fix it in the next update, Actually on home page shouldn’t display page title on content.
3. Go to Theme Options > Footer > Bottom of Footer you can find Icon and Text element.

Hello, I am having trouble with image galleries. When I insert an image gallery and select ‘medium’ for my photo size the physical dimensions of the gallery does not decrease. Only the resolution of the photo. How can I size the galleries properly versus defaulting to an extra large?

Hello, I have created a test page to show the troubles and the element ID’s here: http://www.themeparkdigest.com/2018/05/13/972/
I have updated to 1.7 and re-installed the codevz plugin.
With the gallery element 61 i believe, it seems to limit to the layout and it crops my photos. If I do a custom say 640×480 size I can display portrait photos because it crops those ones. So that’s the reason I haven’t been using the gallery and instagram element.
The other issue is when clicking on the image to open the gallery a lightbox pops up over it with the option to download the image. I have not been able to find where to disable that function. This happens on both the WPBakery built in elements as well as the codevz elements. So essentially two galleries are opening when clicking on the image.
Hopefully the demo page I created will help with the visuals.

Additional info, I have found hiding the following elements via google chrome inspect removes the top (un-desired) lightbox from displaying:

Everything is OK except one thing: on your demo the first column of the footer is slightly raised up and overlapping the main content, but on my site it is placed in footer container. Hi, I’m rebuilding a site with Xtra that was originally created with another theme. I have there quite a large “products” page. Is there a solution how to import this page to extra without having to do it all over again?

It was made with the Inovado theme and its page builder
I’m not familiar with that theme, You should test your site content on localhost with xtra theme. Search on google to know how you can test site on localhost.

Issues with Slider Revolution Default Edited Slide… it gets crazy after few minutes and changes it’s presenter effects or maybe it’s broken… I will like to change with other Slider created on SR but I dont see the option to do that.

Hi, firstly I would like to thank you for your great job, I really love this theme.. but I have some questions..
1) I have some image issue, I´m using 016 feature in builder for images, I´m not sure how it is called in english (https://ctrlv.cz/AQ0E) – maybe somthing like “one picture”.. And with some pictures it works and with some just dont…

In both cases I´m using the same feature… format of pictures is the same (jpg), the same image I´m using in next section “reference spokojených klientů” in testimonials and picture works great.. The same problem with picture I have also in here http://chciboziweb.cz/faq/ – another broken image.. have any idea where the problem is?
2) Second thing, would it be possible to change break point for price boxes.. like sooner than it is preset? Because when I am using 4 price boxes it does not look good on tablets.. as you can see here.. https://ctrlv.cz/QVVLHow can I change this? So in this cases there will be 2 price boxes side by side, not all of them?
3) is there some way how can I make header menu sticky all the time? It is show up when Im scroling up, but not down..

First go to Theme Options > General Settings > Layout and create how many sidebars you want.
Then go to Theme Options > bbpress panel and set sidebar or change layout of bbpress pages.

Product page content comes from Woocommerce plugin, If you installed and activate woocommerce plugin, then you can find each product from Dashboard > Products.
Also for settings, go to Theme Options > Woocommerce
