Is there an option for a password protected gallery?

Hi, a client of mine has just purchased the theme with 1 year support, and i am having a problem importing content.xml from demo 3. The server i am using has a capped timeout of 300 seconds. So i either need to split up the .xml into sections to import in several files, or do you have a ‘light’ version of the demo 3 content.xml file? The server vendors have also suggested if it’s possible to use GD instead of image Magick for the image resizing element the current .xml file is calling?

Hy, is there going to be an update to the theme soon? The mobile view is offset on the checkout page when having specified shipping cost. The cart page is also less the ideal on mobile. Mixing the prodct title with the continue shopping button.

Hi, pre-sales question: can this theme and the included pro plugins (like WPBakery) be updated directly via the Envato Market WordPress Plugin, or must it be updated manually?
I bought a different theme and the theme itself can be updated automatically but to update the pro plugins I need to go and download the files from Envato and update everything manually – a big hassle! Hoping to find another theme which automates this process.

Thanks for your interest on my work, but yes, unfortunately the plugins need to be updated manually. I cannot make the plugins update automatically because they are custom versions, i have code on them that will be lost in case of update. Updates are handled by me, when i update the theme, i will update the plugins as well.

Hi, check if you are adding the username in the correct way. You need to use the @, for example @unsplash. Check also if you have some extra plugin that may be causing an incompatible issue.

The username is correct. It used to work and stopped all of the sudden. I have neverthless tried with multiple accounts without luck. I have also deactivated all plug-ins, still the same issue.

Having trouble with WPBakery Page Builder after its update from v.5.5.2 to v.5.5.4 in Maple theme. It does not work in page/post editor.

Hi, I am ready to purchase but would like to know if the Event Calendar Pro plugin is compatible beyond what is listed. The current version is 4.4.27. My current theme is having issues with the newer versions past 4.4 and so I want to make sure that this theme stays compatible with the Events Calendar Pro plugin.

I don’t have a copy of pro version for that i can test, what i can do is offering you a 15 days refund for that you can purchase the theme and test it with the plugin, if it didn’t worked as you expected, you can ask for the refund. Followup after leaving a positive review last year…this theme’s parallax feature does not work on mobile. I revamped a site, sent an email requesting help and the creator now wants to charge another $50 to get help on how to turn the mobile parallax feature off or how to make it work.

Hi Davide, yes you can add custom section on the homepage. Everything on the theme is customizable via page builder and admin panels, you don’t need any code knowledge to work with the theme. Best Regards

Maple theme upgrading with the envato-market plugin doesn’t work. The last version too (1.7.3)
Hi, the last two version have been updated only the demo files and Brand name to treethemes, the theme itself didn’t get any update, this is why you don’t get any update notice on Maple theme. Best Regards
The theme didn’t get any update because you have disabled all upgrades (themes and all plugins) in the first 2 lines of function.php. After removing it, all plugins have updated regularly, except those included in Maple package. We receive the upgrading notice from Envato by email, and this is the second time we have to replace all plugins manually. You should also check if Maple theme has a problem with Envato Market mechanism.

I am using Cube Portfolio in the Maple word press theme. I am having trouble adding regular Projects to the Cube Portfolio Masonry Live Template Builder. Currently, all I am seeing after attempting to add a project is a large grey box appear with the dimensions of one image and a small caption saying “data tile 1 of 1”. Do you know what steps I am missing? Is this even possible to do, if so could you give me clear steps to achieve this. I feel like I’ve tried everything!
