I bought your AOKO theme that I find very good for my website www.strobagmedia.com
However, I have a very big problem! As soon as I add something in the portfolio (a reference etc), all the information is erased, it no longer appear on my site, I lose all my pages (about, contact etc …).
I would like to solve this problem as soon as it is a site for my agency.

hey, pre-buy question. I noticed that when viewing an individual portfolio or blog post, if you go back with your browser navigation, it takes you to the homepage again, instead the portfolio (or blog) section. Is it intentional? Would be nice to be able to go back to those pages once you leave a post and not again to the main home page. Thanks

Hi, I have an issue with contact infos widget. We add to one page but not show any information.No show Address Section, Phone, etc.
We test with demo info and the same thing happens.
it also happens with Portfolio Page with demo content.

Hi we like your theme it’s very cool idea and intresting with the page builder we just have one major issue and 1 question…
First the huge problem is that some of us have problems when opening the site the computer will freeze so I don’t have it here but what I had while looking a your template in the was that the site or safari unexpectatly closed I thought it has something to do with the preview mode but having individuell reports now that i freezes the system I would not even now where to start searching. we did some changes but since the problems are also related to the demo here this makes me concert that something is wrong mor in the hart of the template then in my css changes.
And the 2nd little thing is I like the service widget showing the 2 columns but when I remove all the services it will show me a php error so for now I did just hide it via the css class.
Looking forward to here from you since we are about to go live it’s a little in hury. Thanks a lot

I’ll release an update to fix for the services widget. The fix is in file widgets/services/view.php, change line 18 to
foreach ((array)$services as $index => $service) {Hi Thanks for getting back to us… It’s not a particular page on the site and it has the same behavior wheter we look at the page preview here on themeforest or at our dev page installation. The Computer (Microsoft User, latest Version of Firefox) will entirly Freeze. 3 Independet Users where no longer able to control the mouse or do anything else expect shooting down via the power button…. It also has nothing to do wheter you activly looking/clicking at the page or if it is just open in a Tab. We really first thought that this happend just by chance but when we relized that it always happens on this computer we thought the computer it’s just broken but then we started to send out the dev link to our friends to give feedback…Mac users where happy Microsoft Users encountered the same issue. So it can’t be just by chance and it can’t be the computer. I’m more then happy to give you acces to our dev page but can’t post it here in public. Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks a lot 
I develop on a Mac in the Chrome browser, can you get anything better with the Google Chrome browser.

The thing is ie and firefox are very common browsers here in switzerland and this is part of our market so I can not have any influence on what browsers our customer are looking at the page but if they connect a freezing computer to our website they will not see us as a trustful and capable business partner I guess this is understandable…
For me it’s a difficult situation we are sur that this page is causing the freezing of the computers so we can not risk to go online even if we are ready and our campaign should start now so please can you look into the issue if you can’t help let us now and we will hire an external company to fix the problem

You need to customize file blahlab-builder-default.php to make that happen.

I think you need to customize the codes related to form submit in top of file assets/js/app.js
For the second time now the page builder disappears suddenly and I loose all what I’ve done.
Last time I went to theme options and clicked on one click setup and I lost everything.
Can you please tell me what’s happening? This is quite urgent.

Found the issue, whenever I add an item in the portfolio gallery I loose everything. Can you please confirm and fix this.

Hi I have an issue with short codes now showing. I want to display the short code [event-list] in the text section of the page builder section e.g. in the he introduction text section but it doesn’t show up. Can you please help?
P.S this is the plugin I am using. https://wordpress.org/plugins/event-list/
I tried adding <?php echo do_shortcode(“[event-list]”); ?> to Introduction/view.php file in theme editor but it didn’t work.

From the screenshot given, the custom html does output a link.
Yea it works but I want it to be in the text section of the Intro because just using custom HTML or wordpress default text widget messes up the alignment – do you want admin access?

In file contact-form/view.php which resides in the blahlab-framework plugin. And for the error messages, it is output by the jquery validate plugin in the top of file assets/js/app.js, and you can find the default options for the “messages” option in file assets/js/jquery.validate.js starts from line 268.

Hello, the Back to all cases menu, has dissapeard from all the portfolio files, what can I do?
When I change some portfolio items (the information), then some others have the same change…..
You need to set the target of that link in the Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Portfolio section
Regarding the issue about the portfolio items, could you disable all the thirdy-party plugins and see if that still happen?
