What is the current version of the theme? Purchased it just over a year ago and Visual Composer requires updating. I cannot find what the current version is anywhere on your Themeforest page or in the current download.

Actually, WPBakery states otherwise. They state that the developer of a theme is responsible for updates to WPBakery Builder within the theme. Particularly Q1 and Q2 – https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/faq/can-i-update-wpbakery-page-builder-if-i-have-purchased-it-in-a-theme/

Version updates are included with the purchase. And version updates of WPBakery is your responsibility to pass on as part of the theme purchase based on WPBakery licensing. I should not have to pay for support to receive the update.

Hi, reservation form doesn’t work, I know my support is expired, but I don’t want to renew it just for one bug that came originally with the theme. i have noticed other users are experiencing the same issue with this!. I tried the contact form and I am getting the mail, but through reservation I am not able to get any mail. Earlier, it worked fine since I updated the theme recently it stopped working. Try instead of ‘solido-jellythemes-mail’ use ‘solido-jellythemes-res-mail’. And go to inc/reservation.php line 8 and change ‘solido-jellythemes-mail’ to ‘solido-jellythemes-res-mail’.

HELLO, I ADVICE YOU TO REPAIR YOUR LINKS ON DEMO PAGE, A LOT OF THEM DOESNT WORK. For example view complete menu, than after I have discover om other demo that you have great page for that part: http://jellydemos.com/wordpress/elixir/expanded-menu/ . Also a lot of main menus doesnt work on demo.

Hi, reservation form doesn’t work, I know my support is expired but I don’t want to rebuy it just for one bug that came originally with the theme. Other users are experiencing the same issue with this!. I rated the item with 1 star since the last version of the theme come with a bug on a very important part of any business that want to use this template. If you can help me and sure other customers with this issue, I will change my rate.

Hi, I prefer to don’t publish the URL here, if you want I can send you login details. The normal contact form works fine, the problem its on reservation form. I solved the problem replacing it with a contact form 7 one. What you mean with SMTP? is a required plugin?
You also can try this plugin to see if your SMTP works: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/
Maybe this plugin can fix it, since i replaced it with a custom Contact Form 7 (that works) don’t really need to spend more time on this, btw your comment will help others with the same problem with the reservation form so I’ll change the rate to 4. Sometimes we want to add a new full with page like “team”, or “about us”, any new page, but it shows in a blank page, it doesnt matter what has inside, only it shows a blank page.

Before we commit to purchasing this, we noticed a strange error on your demo… Notice: Undefined variable: nonce in /var/www/vhosts/jellydemos.com/httpdocs/wordpress/elixir/wp-content/themes/elixir-jellythemes/inc/functions.shortcodes.php on line 363. Will this show up when we install the theme?
