Automatic updates are very dangerous as around 60% of users tend to modify core theme files which leads to product malfunctioning during production. We have already sent you an instruction to your email.

I followed the instruction and now its little better but not fully fixed. I now can see the newly registered account in the directory, but none of the sample user details are viewable in “About us – Directory”. I also notice, the newly created user accounts are shown in “Users – All Users” but not showing in “Directory – Directory”

I notice there is a discrepancy between the http://cloud879.kenzap.com and my own site. When I edit pages, they dont look identical.

When I click “Program & Events” – > Alumni profile, it gives an error “NOTHING FOUND It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.”

My hosting is new and the domain is new. Sayidan is the first theme I installed, there is no chance, there can be images already existing. However I understand there can be issues with shared hosting.

I just installed XAMPP and wordpress in my laptop.. and then installed the Sayidan theme, I get the errors like below. Does XAMPP based hosting also considered as shared hosting.

Could it be that the theme I received as download is not the correct one ??

Please help.

It depends on a lot of factors.

We need to know what kind of modifications you performed with the theme. Please provide a brief list.

Check debug.log files for errors.

Make sure that pages you are trying to access do exits.

Make sure that no cashing plugins are activated.

I don’t have caching plugins activated,

Also pages do exist, I can see the page with empty conten

no customization for anything except the directory, On directly listing I’ve added additional columns. no modification in event listing or career-listing.

Sayidan short-coded pages are not working at all, not even a single tag is printed.

Update: There was on incorrect field in the about us section, All other pages are fixed now, except sayidan directory

I’ve even reverted back the changes, nothing is fixing the directory, it just breaks because of empty content returned from the the directory widget. I tried adding logging info to the shortcodes/directory.php but nothing emits from there, seems like its not getting hooked.

I’ve already gone through this article, It was working correctly before the upgrade, but after upgrade it just stopped working

I mentioned that it was working previously, and it was working currently as well when using preview.

But when accessing through url, the page breaks abruptly, even the footer is not visible.

If the footer is not visible then there should be some kind of fatal error. Have you verified debug.log file? make also sure debug is enabled under wp-config.php file

I have these enabled define('WP_DEBUG', true); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

but nothing is captured inside debug.log, if I made changes and explicitly add some errors in code then it’s captured otherwise nothing in debug.log

Try creating directory page using Page Builder Widgets and not shortcodes. Shortcodes will be deprecated in the upcoming update.

Seeing the screen on the remote wont help much and its time consuming we need to see the code our self as well as have admin rights to configuration.

1) You need to override header.php file structure.

2) If you want to change colors of certain element individually. You need to find its IDs or classes and add custom CSS classes under Customizer > custom CSS section.

3) Can you provide an example where something like this exits?

4) Sayidan slider > edit > turn on slider autoplay

I need more help. I have followed all the steps but I still have the same problem. If I use ultimate members on a page, I get a grid of all members who have registered on the website. If I use the Sayidan Directory, it only shows a list of “subscriber” role registrations with these fields Diploma|Graduation |Date|Location|Department. This is despite the fact that I edited the form fields to something else
