PRE SALES question: I already have a website with a Genesis Framework theme and WP Job Manager Premium Bundle plugin installed and fully functional. What would my job board oriented website improve if I switch to your theme? Thank You
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
Your WordPress theme will just provide the UI for your visitors. Although both themes can work with the WP Job Manager plugins, the main difference is that the Genesis Framework theme is designed to be an all-purpose theme. While Jobify is strictly a Job Board theme. Adding Exclusive elements and styling for the plugins.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi there,
I’m interested in buying the theme but I need to know some information beforehand since the demos don’t work for me.
I would like to see the design of a single job page if that is possible in any way. Moreover I would like to know if it is possible to customize the single job pages with separate pictures for each job.
i just want to create kickass landingpages for people coming from the Google search.
I would appreciate any kind of answer or help.
Cheers, Patrick
Hello Patrick, Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out!
The theme allows you to change the placement of the widgets of your jobs page. You can place the widgets on the Sidebar or the Top. You can then manage the widgets any way you wish.
Anything beyond that would require personal modifications to your theme.
Let me know if you have additional questions.

Hi Fernando, unfortunately the links you showed me, don’t work in a proper way. Neither in Chrome nor in Firefox. Would it be possible that you send me the screenshos via Email? pl@roconsulting.de
And could you also please tell me what kind of Widgets are available.
Best regards, Patrick
Hi Patrick,
Just was trying to illustrate the widget areas position on the Job page within our demo. Top: https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/extended/job/surround/ Sidebar: https://jobify-demos.astoundify.com/classic/job/squarespace-com/
The links will take you to our demos which have the widget area placed in different areas.
You can view a list of widgets available here: https://jobify.astoundify.com/category/370-widgets
Hope this helps!
Hi Fernando, thanks a lot, this already helps a little to get an idea of the design. Is it possible to customize colors and fonts within the single job page?
And is it possible to implement a two-column design in the single job page?
You can change and edit the colors and font for your website from the theme customize settings.
As for creating 2 columns, you can add the widgets to the sidebar, anything beyond that will require custom work.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi there , I have installed the theme and is live. I want to ask you something through the support but I cannot login. So I will ask here. I am trying to add the location oa the job article but it always gives me everywhere. I does not read the data that is written from the job data – location field. Thanx
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
Make sure you have Created a Google Maps API Key and it has been added to Job Listings>Settings. Also one thing to note is to make sure you set the “Key Restrictions” to “None: https://cloudup.com/cz_ukYTk0VH
That will ensure the API key can GeoCode your Jobs. Hope this helps!
Fernando
ok thanx
Hello, is it possible to filter the search results by location radius…like “2 miles around new york”?
...and is there a demo login?
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
At this time the theme itself does not have a Radius search. The Location search will just search for Matching Locations and return them. There currently is no option built in for filtering by radius.
We also do not have a back-end demo at this time. You can just access the front-end of our demos.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi there, how do I set it so when someone applies for a specific job and fills in the form, that the application refers to the specific job being advertised in the email thats sent, maybe in the Subject column? RE: Application for <enter job post here>
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
This will vary depending on the form plugin you use. For example you can add the corresponding Tags to get the Title of the Job. See here the tags available for Contact form 7 and Ninja Forms:
https://ninjaforms.com/docs/merge-tags/ https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket. We can better assist from our Support Page.

Hi there! Is this theme able to support pay per job posting kind of business model?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
Yes, you can charge users to submit Jobs. You will need to Create Listing Packages. Where an employer can pay a fee in order to submit jobs.
Hope this answers your question.
Fernando
Thanks for your response Fernando. Let’s say we create a package that allows a single job posting for 30 days, and an employer purchases it and posts a job posting with that package. Now if the employer wants to create another job posting, can he/she purchase the same package again in order to have 2 job postings concurrently running at any point of time?
Absolutely. A user can purchase another package if they wish to upload another Job Listing. You can also charge more for a package that allows users to submit more than one job. Giving users additional options.

Hi I would like a refund for this theme as the paid listing requires me to purchase WooCommerce’s Paid Listing extension which costs $39/year. This should be made clear before anyone purchases this theme.

Sorry to hear that our Theme does not fit your needs.

The reservation page’s calendar is no longer displayed properly on my HP product page. I contacted support of Woo Commerce and received the following answers.
「We looked at the WooCommerce Status report and see that the Listify theme overrides several core WooCommerce areas, and also that it is due for an update
Please reach out to your theme provider at https://astoundify.com/ and they should be able to help you update the theme and ensure it works on your Product pages.」 Currently my Listfy version is 2.6.1. Please help me. What should I do?

Hi, there are 3 rows in my job search form (Keywords, Location, Search button). How can I make it 1 row just like your demo shows?
Thanks, Jack
Hey Jack,
Hope you are doing well!
Looks like you might have multi-select categories enabled. This would need to be disabled to bring the filters to one row. Go to Job Listings>Settings>Job Listings tab and disable it there.

last year i mentioned the title BLOG on company profile, this still isnt ok, when wil this be fixed?
Hey there,
Sorry about that.
We are looking to better improve the overall companies plugin. We are still looking to adjust this and improve it. I know our team is looking into this recently.
Sorry about that.
Jobify region shortcode broken with latest upgrade.
Hi,
With the update to version 1.1.15 no results can be seen in the job board of wp job manager (jobify). The settings must be reset. As if some parameter is selected that is not recognized and then says that there are no results to show.
Any advice?
Cheers,
Its now fixed
Is there a way to list jobs differently in https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/441-jobs-widget so the listings look more like in this widget… https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/963-home-jobs-spotlight
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
Unfortunately there is no setting to have the Jobs list appear like the Jobs Spotlight widget. Since the two are separate widgets and the Spotlight widget will only display Featured jobs. The Jobs list widget will just display a list of your jobs at this time.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi, Which plugin must be installed or which setting must be applied in order to have in the sign up box the option “Register As – Employer/Candidate”? Right now, I have all the paid plugins installed, but I don’t have this option available. On my sign up box are displayed only the fields: Name, Email, Password. Thanks, Alina
Hi Alina,
As long as you have the Simple Registration plugin, you can have the Role Selector option. Just make sure you also select more than one role under Appearance>Customize>General ▸ Accounts
Hope this helps!
Fernando

Hi there Before buying I have a very critical question for my business. have you added the ability to add upload fields to the profiles for (video, images, music, Voice) Thanks!
Hi there,
Thank you for your question.
Right now you can add a video link and a profile image to the Resume profiles. For music and audio or any additional fields you can use the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. This will allow you to add additional fields for users to upload content.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi, I’m going with the Extended theme. How can I have the username and avatar showed in the menu when logged in, just like what the Classic theme demo does. Thanks!
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today!
You can add it at any time by Creating a Avatar Menu on your website.
Hope this helps!

Is anyone else having problem with the header menu, in Jobify? Meaning that on larger screens, it’s visible (and perfect, that way) but on a tablet, there’s no menu and no “burger menu”, either.
Could this issue be corrected in the next release, please?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
So far we have not see reports on this. We will take a look on our end and fix as needed on our findings.
If you want us to take a look at your website, kindly submit a support ticket over on our Support Page.

May 25, 2018 will enter into force the GDPR for the management of privacy. How did you plan to integrate this measure on Jobify? For the registration of the user there is the possibility to make an opt-in of privacy acceptance? Do you have any advice on how to comply with Jobify and GDPR regulations? Thank you
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
Jobify is a WordPress theme and we do our best to have the theme follow WordPress Coding Standards. We always follow standard protocol to make sure The theme meets all Standards and this includes when working with Core Plugins and WP Job Manager and WooCommerce.
Although we take these regulations seriously, Jobify does not Manage any user information or Job Information. That is Primarily handled by WP Job Manage and WooCommerce. Which both are releasing updates to meed with the GDPR Regulations. As well as WordPress. Come closer to the date Jobify and the plugins will meet these regulations.
Hope this answers your questions.
