Hi, pre-purchase question pleas: When a business owner adds his listing, can he select multiple categories and sub-categories for that particular listing?

ok i found one option in your case study. Is there a carousel feature for the categories? Especially when you have many (15+)

From your videos, i understand you cannot multi-select primary categories but only sub-categories. Can i have a response or a document somewhere that lists your category rules?

Hello, i change to 12h format but in the ad form side is showing 24 format, this make list owner confuse. thats number one complane i get every day. in the caribbean 1pm is 1 pm not 13:00. people are not use to see this. any way this can be fix? Thanks for your time.

Is there no way to moderate reviews before they are published? That could lead to abuse and spam on the pages?

Hi Tina_H Not at the moment, the reviews can be sent after user signup in the directory. you can enable the report button in the theme options > listing settings > reviews to let users report any abuse, or other policies that you’ve formally included in your business terms.

A few questions before i buy:

1) Can you import google places listings? 2) Can you book hotels/book restaurants using opentable? 3) can you use uber button to book uber so you can arrive at your final destination. 4) Is the landing page SEO optimized or is it all widgetized. The landing page is the key page, but if you can’t enter content and if it is all widgetized google wont rank you. 5) can you use FacetWP? 6) Is there social login? 7) can users leave feedback and reviews? can they post additional photos? 8) is there adaptive payments setup?

  1. it’s not yet available in the current version, but this feature was already discussed for improvement.
  2. you can send your request to integrate opentable on our customization team https://cridio.com/custom
  3. you can set your SEO using any plugin to accomplish the task, YOAST, AIO, and others. We use WPBakery – visual composer. Yes, the homepage is set with widgets
  4. FacetWP you can sent to our customization team. We have a built-in search filter, so… it will require customization if you want to include such plugin as default
  5. yes, every listing detail has a review system that users can send reviews, rating and upload images of the local
  6. at the moment we’ve currently using PayPal, stripe (recurring payment) and 2checkout, more options may come on next updates

Pre-sale question: Is this theme compatible with ‘HideMyWP’ plugin?

Hi Vishanjad :)

Security plugins will affect directly the standard URLs from WordPress. It should be compatible, but be adviced that you may need to certify if all the changes were made correctly to be able to access your database and admin dashboard.

Not only this plugin in particular, but any other plugin that masks its default pages/folders should be analyzed in all the respective sections where these paths exist.

Some more complex security measurements should be analyzed in the core files either on the server and also on the WordPress default files.

If you know the procedures, you can make your tests.

Please, I really, really need help. My support expired two days ago. There are bugs that are showing up now. This is for a client that is waiting for only these bugs to be fixed to launch. Please, for the love of god don’t cut and paste the ‘please make a ticket’ response because I can’t. I tried. It says it’s expired. And I really don’t want to have to pay 50 dollars to ask you to fix something because of two days. Please. I’ve been searching through every inch of code for three hours.

1) When I choose the 12h format in the General Options in the Theme Options, it doesn’t actually change in the listing submission form. It stays 24 hour military format in the submission form. This is, for some reason, a very big deal for my people.

2) I need to just have it so that people can write in their address. I know that they can click the Manual Coordinates, but the site users will not be savvy and won’t get that and I really, really need that to be the default option. I saw previously you’d told someone to simply leave the map API field blank and it would de-populate the google map functions across the site. I did, and it didn’t. Additionally, even with an API string, it still doesn’t do the full functionality like it shows it’s supposed to do in your demo form. (Yes, I’ve checked it out, I know what it’s supposed to look like so you can skip suggesting that too.) And because of circumstances we’re not able to put payment information in the google map api registration form to get a new string.

I don’t mean to be snarky. I’ve poured over the comment forums here. I’ve poured over the code. I just need to disable the google address function in the submission form, and fix the glitch that’s keeping the submission form in 24 hour format. Please.

Hi jrocketibanez :) Don’t worry, Let me explain some details here.

  1. You’re trying to update the business hours, but for some reason it doesn’t change, right? Check on your wordpress timezone the default format that you’ve configured. Also, I’ve you’re using a translated version, check if you’re using standard translation for the weekdays. And last but not least, check if your server gives you the availability to set a default format for timezone in the database settings
  2. check on your wordpress time format and set as default H:i

    "Y-m-d H:i:"

So, the problem isn’t that I can’t set the hours. I can set the hours just fine. The problem is that the hours are in 24h format. The setting under Theme Options>Listing Settings>General>Select Time Format gives the option to choose between 24h and 12h format. I choose 12h, and nothing changes. The hours, as they appear on the listing submission form, are in 24h format, and I need them to be in 12h format.

As far as the geolocation, I went to Locations, and enabled and disabled auto location. I checked the country I’m working in, the settings, the language settings, etc. I removed any trace of Google Map API. And the Google Address field is still default in the submission form. That’s the problem. That’s what I need to change. When I disable auto location, and remove any API, nothing changes. I need for the “Search by Google” option in the address field to be removed, to be not there, so that people can just write in their addresses custom as default.

I’m at my wits end here, and these glitches are the last two things holding this entire project back. Please.

hi Is there a way to have “CLosed” business options.. it would not come up on the search for businesses.. unless you check a specific button.. and then instead of a description it can give closest alternatives.

sorry, let me see if I understood your question… do you want to setup default options for businesses in the search results?

If that was your question, as I can see you can use the features into these categories.

To set as default options, you can use additional details and enable the “exclusive from categories”, which will allow you to insert the same “details” on every category, this way, before submitting those listings, all the default options will be available for every category.

Now, for more details on your question… contact us directly through this form https://cridio.com/custom as you’ve mentioned you also want to exclude these options in the search results. Which as I could check here, we do not have such option as default. So, your business needs is especific and may require custom work.

We haven’t tested the compatibility of these plugins, however, ListingPro is compatible with WP ALL IMPORT.

To migrate to Listingpro you can start by exporting all your listings as CSV or XML and import it with WP ALL IMPORT.

I just purchased this theme, but I don’t want to do anything with it until the next update is released.

I just want to know if the next update will have separate logins for customers and vendors? I feel that it is a standard feature that directory themes should have, especially when you want to provide a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) directory platform. Having separate logins will keep the dashboards organized and easier to navigate depending on what type of user you are. To keep it simple, my customers are only customers and should only get customer functions, and vendors get vendor functions.
