I cannot update to newest version. My username and API are entered on the wordpress site, I click “Update” and it just says “The theme is at its latest version” but it is not.
I’m not sure if your web host is blocking the update request or something, but I would try manually updating the theme: https://support.themesuite.com/scp/faq.php?id=17 If that doesn’t fix the problem please open a Support Ticket including temporary wp-admin and FTP login details to your website so we can debug the issue for you. Thank you for your quick response. The host couldn’t help so I updated manually and the theme is now current. However, I cannot update WPBakery Visual Composer, and WordPress is telling me since it came in-theme only the theme can push the update authorization. Am I missing something? The user and API are entered and valid in theme options.

To enable them on your copy you will find the options under Theme Options > Contact Settings > GDPR Compliance and for the inventory listings you will find this under Listing Options > Email Templates > GDPR Compliance

Themesuite i recently purchased the template autimotive 5 days ago. And installation has been horrible.. I try install ตาม VDO Manual but is I can’t install registration code. It’s up for “purchase code is already in use or not exist”.I never used this theme before. I want to use Theme demo to help me.
Please create a Support Account and under ‘My Products’ at the top of the page you can reset the license for your theme. If you are still experiencing and issue please open a Support Ticket on the same website including temporary FTP and wp-admin logins.
I think it is unlikely to need to ask for a new code because the Install step can be “plugins step”, but can not “update step” to complete the registration code (no popup), but the popup message “purchase code is already in use or not exist” immediately, so I’m not sure when the registration can not use the theme. Yes or no
If you need the WP-admin code to edit the site. I can not login to the site. I think it is inconvenient to work if possible, is there a manual?

It sounds like you had tried the activation process numerous times, you will need to reset your purchase code as was previously mentioned under My Products on your Support Account. This will allow you to choose your purchase code and you will not see “purchase code already in use”.

Hi Is it possible to have in the listing a higher then price ? everything is lower then. I want to have 2 inventory pages one with the exclusive cars and one with the budget cars. the budget cars are easy done with the lower then option but on the exclusive page the budget cars will be on there as well?

Can you please push an update for the WPBakery Visual Composer? I am unable to update any of my products or pages now and this plugin seems to be the issue. It says there’s an update available but it can only be accessed by the theme creator since you hold the license.

Hi Chariy – You can download it in the theme bundle from ThemeForest under the Downloads section of your account. When you extract the files and folders you will see a Folder called ‘Plugins’, and inside another folder called ‘Automotive Listings’. Extract the automotive-listings-plugin.zip file and you will find the shortcodes.php in the main directory. If you would like one of our developers to have a look at the problem and see what is going on please feel free to open a Support Ticket and we would be happy to assist further.

After searching my site on google I see that images I have uploaded have been indexed in google search results as pages. There are also some other pages that I don’t want indexed showing up on organic search results. Is there a way to prevent this?
You can use the Yoast SEO plugin to prevent Google from indexing both of these.
IMAGES:
1.) Install the Yoast SEO plugin
2.) Click SEO in the left column and then Search Appearance
3.) Click the Media tab
4.) You will see an option that says “Redirect attachment URL’s to the attachment itself?” – Change this to No
5.) Click Save Changes
PAGES:
1.) Edit the page you want to block from Google indexing
2.) Scroll down to the Yoast SEO section and click the Gear icon
3.) Under the Advanced tab you will see the option Allow search engines to show this Page in search results? – Change this to No

I think we need the possibility to add a checkbox in the contactform so visitors has to be ok with sending and storing their data

I just reviewed this and this product should already be within GDPR compliance already from what I can see, but we have a closer look at it and if there is anything that needs to be updated we will make the necessary changes. Is there something specific that you are thinking is not compliant? There really isn’t any customer information that gets stored in the WordPress database, other then information being transmitted through contact forms directly to email (which appears to be permissible).

Yes, you can configure it under Appearance > Widgets > Single Listing Page
I think you have not understood the question:
Is posible to use a sidebar for vehicle 1, another sidebar for vehicle 2 and so on…?
*I made a test and doesn’t work on my end.

Hmmm you are using v8.5 of the theme and v12.8 of the plugin, so these should be 100% compatible (sometimes if Bootstrap 3 and Bootstrap 4 are combined strange behaviours happen). I would recommend you try flushing any caching plugins you may have, and if that does not fix the problem you will need to renew your support on ThemeFrest and open a Support Ticket including temporary login details so we can investigate further.

It seems to be working fine on both URLs for me? Maybe you (and your customer) just need to clear your browsers cache/history? If you have already done this and are still experiencing an issue please open a Support Ticket including a screenshot of the problem and a temporary login so we can investigate further.
We have a listing category that includes stock numbers. Every listing has a different stock number. As such the included search filter dropdown, isn’t a great fit as there are hundreds of options. The default Wordpress search box doesn’t seem to search the listing categories. Is it possible to have a traditional style search box search the listing categories so we can search by stock number?
Note that we would be happy to purchase extended support to get the solution to this question, but before hand we would rather know if its a possibility or not.
We do have a couple of integrated options for both the front end of the website as well as the wp-admin panel that assist with this to make it easy to quickly search for stock numbers or vin numbers.
After changing my themes main colors away from c7081b (which I have been using a long time) there seems to be many random colors (some buttons, some links, and a few misc things) that do not inherit the color settings under the theme options. I have fixed pretty much everything with custom CSS but I still run into stuff every once in a while.

We recently upgraded our Automotive Theme & Plugin to use Bootstrap 4 but it looks like the Automotive Listings plugin is behind, please update this to at least version 12.3 for maximum compatibility.
But the plugin is up to date (Version 12.2 – no further update available) How can I update it?

What happened?
The latest version of the theme is 8.6 and the Automotive Listings plugin should be 12.9. You should update both theme and plugins to the latest versions, then fully clear your browsers history and cache, and if you have any caching plugins on your website or web hosting you will need to flush these as well. Thanks but the latest version of the plugin is v12.8 (changelog says so). I updated both, theme and plugin, to the latestest versions (12.8 plugin & 8.6 theme) – both versions were available at Wordpress after my post – still my website wasn’t working anymore. The website is blank. Browser history, cache and caching plugin was taken into account
I downgraded my website to the older versions (I made a back up before the updates) and everything is fine now again. Your theme and / or the automotive plugin are destroying my website. Therefore I can not update both which is really unpleasant.
Do I really have to renew the support for this matter?
You are correct, 12.8 is the latest version of the Automotive Listings plugin. Unfortunately in this case yes, you would need to renew your support and open up a ticket on our support site with temporary login details (wp-admin and FTP) for one of our developers to investigate and see what is going on.
I don’t understand why I have to pay for your support if it is your update which isn’t working. Please explain it to me.
I do understand your point, but you need to understand that we have almost 8,000 other customers using the product that are not experiencing this problem you are having. Envato only provides support for 6 months with each purchase under their Support Policy
To show you good will, let us know if this sounds fair: Update your website theme and Automotive Listings plugin to the latest version. Then disable any third party plugins you may be using. Then if you are still experiencing the problem, send your login information for wp-admin and FTP over to support@themesuite.com and we will investigate at no charge and see where the problem lies. If it is a problem in our software that requires fixing we will fix it for you for free without you needing to update your support. However, if we determine the problem is not relating to our software, you will be required to renew your support before we will show you what the problem is (or if you choose to restore your backup again and remain on the old version without renewing your support that is fine too).
