I purchased this theme. It uses the plugin RevSlider which is now asking me for a license key. Do you have a key for me to use? Do i need to purchase a key?
HI, thanks for reaching out. No need to purchase anything. RS comes as a part of the theme so you do not need to activate it. We update the the plugins when we update the theme itself. Hope this helps. cheers.
I bought the theme but no builder works with this theme. My client needs to use Elementor and the theme is not compatible with it. I wrote a ticket and nobody replied. How do I proceed to get a refund ?

I have the Barnelli Theme in place in a restaurant website. I have had several questions, of which one was answered, on which I have found answers myself in several cases (Ticket ID – 4690).
I miss an answer on one last question:
There’s an opportunity to enter “anchors” in food categories. Anchors are usually there to scroll smooth from top of a page to the sectipon where the ancor is placed. Is this the case in barnelli, too?
If yes: I did not find any information how to set these anchors (e.g. ”#anchor”). And I didi also not find an information how to create a link in a menu to get the page to scroll to the anchor.
If no: This is a function which is really senseful and dsirable.

Hello, I’m facing some issues with this Theme, I’ve opened a ticket 9 days ago and nobody answered me yet. Please help.
Barnelli theme is awesome! Just have one problem. Instagramfeed plugin displays only when I refresh the page (cmd+R). When I load page from menu items, the page loads except the part with instagramfeed – on that spot it shows its loading, but it never loads.

Hi, can I assign different menu to different pages? Client wants to split the website so some pages need menu 1 and other pages needs menu 2 to navigate? Or do I have to use multis-site setup?

Hi, i have had to start my website from beginning and after installing the demo content the “shop”, “Cart” and “checkout” pages were not included when i imported the demo – have these pages been removed from your demo import? Tried it again, cleared the database, installed and activated Woocommerce (V3.4.0) and then imported the demo content via YoPress settings (one button installation) but still not working. I’m asking you because your theme has been updated BEFORE a really major updates of woocommerce came and many things (such as grid and coloumns layout are now in WordPress Appearance Customizer instead of old versions) have been changed. Could you please check this things to be working properly, and give me an answer? I hope you can understand me (i had bought a different theme and there was an issue with discribed above setting – a grid and category layout options had not worked)
