We already told you our demo pages are built with Elementor plugin. If you want to create page with visual composer then you have to familiar with visual composer for how to create and manage pages. If you are not familiar then you may do google or youtube for visual composer tutorials.

Please enable wp debug and see what error message it throw. Please make sure you have PHP version at least 5.6 or later at your web hosting server to work the theme properly.

If you import business demo via Theme Options > Demo Install > Business
Then all the demo templates, contents will be imported same as our demo preview.
But please make sure you have backup your work before import it.

If you imported already then please go to pages and you should have all the pages according to our demo preview. If you can’t find the pages then please try to re import it so it will re import rest pages but please make the backup of your work before re import.
For the 404 error you need to change permalink from Settings > permalinks > Post name.

Hello, We’re using Avas for our website. Unfortunately we’re losing a lot of time because Elementor doesn’t save our edits on pages, if we edit and reload a page some of the styles we see in the preview doesn’t show up when we save the page and see it in front end. We have to save the page as ad elementor tempate, create a new page, add the template and save again in order to see the it correctly. We already deactivate the WPBakery Page Builder as you suggested to someone else. Please let us know how to solve this issue!

I have finished my site and used the business theme. When I look at it on mobile it allows me to swipe to the left and shows a blank white screen. I can’t figure out what this is from. My mobile site initial shows exactly how I want but then you can swipe left and a blank white screen shows instead of the mobile site.

I have bought your theme and I can’t wait to use it.
I have tried every way to get this onto my worpress site and have followed all of your “If this doesn’t work, try this” suggestions. I couldn’t download the theme through wordpress so uploaded it from ftp and unzipped it in the c-panel (I tried other ways). Then I go into the options and all of the Theme options are greyed out. And then I tried to manually upload the demo themes etc. and they are causing errors.
I am really looking forward to using the theme but these errors are stopping me. Can you please help or I will need to look at one that is compatible with what I am trying to achieve?

I have disabled headers but the animated header with the phone number and business address keeps popping up. How do I get this to stop popping up at the top of my page? I used the corporate demo theme. I either need to disable it or get rid of the business location icon and content as it takes up too much space. I would like a header with a small logo but I need help. Please advise, thanks.

Thanks for the response. I thought about it again and now I would prefer that the header always stays at the top of the screen and only these animations disappear. ( When you scroll minimally it disappears and then is pushed down again from above. )
Q2 | My header contains a logo on the left side, but this is only positioned correctly if I only upload with a resolution of 150×36. If I now use a higher one, the whole header on the desktop becomes much too wide and that looks terrible. How can I make the header “normal” again despite the sharper image? As I told you already if you want to install other template like ICO crypto or anything else please go Theme Options > Demo Install then click import demo in any of the demo according to your need. But please delete all pages before you install other demo.
