hi, i like your theme but for a week i’ve getting an error with some sections. For example using elementor, i add fancy text section. There are defaıult 3 example text in this section. So i want to add more than 3. and when i click on “add new” it is not working and after this click; i can not open anymore this section. It became non editable… So i can not using these kinds of sections like avas testimonal slider section etc. What is your soluiton for this issue?

When I look at it on mobile it allows me to swipe to the left and shows a blank white screen. I can’t figure out what this is from. My mobile site initial shows exactly how I want but then you can swipe left and a blank white screen shows instead of the mobile site.

Please check your page’s any element like divider, separator, border etc which width set in px, please change it px to % via Elementor editor. So it will remove the space in mobile view.

Good afternoon. I am Maria from Greece. I have just bought the ava theme and try to upload and install it.I have already installed WordPress 4.9.6. in my computer. I have a problem : I do all you tell in the documentation, such as WordPress > Themes> Add Themes > Upload > avas.zip then i press install. It does the procedure, but at the end it tells me :
” The link you followed has expired Please try again”

If word press dashboard not working then please upload avas.zip via ftp or your web hosting Cpanel in theme directory then extract the avas.zip file and go to WordPress dashboard again then Themes and try to activate the theme.

Hello, i have a problem with this theme. For example; I am designing a page with elementor; so after i saved the designed page, i open the preview then the problem is starting. Designed page and preview page are different. The settings can’t apply to the design. I saw they’re applied on elementor but in preview window they aren’t applied. Could you please help me urgently? I can give you the admin panels info to check the problem.

Love this theme so far, I’m having a little trouble with the portfolio though. I’m using the 3 column boxed format, and I want to display some logo designs that I’ve done. Everything looks fine on the 3 column page. Once you click on one of the logos and it takes you to the next page, nothing shows unless I add images to the gallery. If I add the same image that’s used on the 3 column page it gets cropped. Is there a way to scale that automatically, or do I essentially have to reformat every image just for the gallery page? If that’s the case, what is the ideal size? Also, it seems that on the gallery page the images are loaded into a slider, and if there is only one image in that gallery then it keeps sliding to itself. Is there a way to disable the sliding, or change the setting for that particular slider? Thanks in advance

The portfolio image dimensions are 770×430. For now its working as slider but in our future update we will add new option to display sinlge image without sliding:)

Any chance that update will happen soon? Or could you possibly tell me how to replace the slider with the image. I guess what I’m hoping for is that once you click on the featured image, instead of taking you to the single-portfolio-item page with the slider and requiring gallery images, it would take you to the single-portfolio-item page displaying the featured image again on it’s own. This would be similar to how it works if you choose posts instead of portfolio as the query source. I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance.

Can you edit the text size for the mobile website only? Some of my content and text need to be adjusted in the mobile website only to optimize for viewers. So the theme doesnt offer any options to change text size in the mobile view of the website?
To change text size for mobile view you need to add custom css code at Theme Options > Custom CSS & JSS > CSS Code > then put responsive css code like the below example
@media(max-width:768px){body{font-size:10px !important;}}
The above example for entire body text size. In this way you can call any content tag in your content section to change text size.
To change Revolution slider settings you need to go to Slider Revolution Option at WordPress Dashboard, its not included in Theme Options.
If you are not familiar with Revolution Slider settings then you may do Google or Youtube for tutorials.

We already told you our demo pages are built with Elementor plugin. If you want to create page with visual composer then you have to familiar with visual composer for how to create and manage pages. If you are not familiar then you may do google or youtube for visual composer tutorials.

If you import business demo via Theme Options > Demo Install > Business
Then all the demo templates, contents will be imported same as our demo preview.
But please make sure you have backup your work before import it.

If you imported already then please go to pages and you should have all the pages according to our demo preview. If you can’t find the pages then please try to re import it so it will re import rest pages but please make the backup of your work before re import.
For the 404 error you need to change permalink from Settings > permalinks > Post name.
