hello, i have recently bought your theme for my woo commerce store by alidropship. this is theme i bought http://janstudio.net/claue/demo/product-category/women/ and my website is www.xzeon.com and i like how the product tab is on the left side and in my website i cannot make it work on the left side and i have my categories on the lift its different from the original. if you know how to change it or if i am missing anything

1. Please go to Claue > Theme Option > Header > Choose Other Header Layout
2. Please go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Listing Settings > Select Layout with left sidebar and choose WooCommerce Sidebar

One more question is if why the add to cart popup doesn’t show up when you add to cart on shop page? Also, when the popup shows up on the product page, on mobile it can be scrolled past both upwards and downwards without limit (https://i.imgur.com/mZB3LEB.png).
I also read through the comments and found that you cannot put a countdown on a variable product, when will an update fixing that come? Does the countdown only show up on the shop page and not on the product page?
Finally, the sticky add to cart for grouped products takes up a HUGE amount of screen real estate on mobile: https://i.imgur.com/js98BfE.png

2. Yes, now the countdown get the sale schedule of product and product variable have config sale schedule for separate variation so it don’t know which sale schedule to show, now sale countdown only on shop page, we will add this feature on product page in future update.
3. Could you retake screenshot for Sticky add to cart for grouped product, it now show error.

1. What do you mean? Fixing the bug where adding to cart on the shop page doesn’t show the popup?
2. It takes up 90% of the screen space on mobile, so that’s not very mobile friendly and definitely will lead to a drop in conversions.
3. Thirdly, when will this issue ( https://i.imgur.com/mZB3LEB.png ) be fixed? Where the add to cart popup on mobile can be scrolled past both upward and downward. Also, there is too much space between the two words “select” and “options”

Hi, my product detail page is set to show the Woocommerce sidebar in the options but intstead in keeps showing my primary sidebar. No matter what sidebar I choose on the product detail options page, it keeps showing the primary sidebar. How can I fix this? Thanks!

I noticed in the change log for 1.3.0 it says it has a tweak to slide mini cart – can it be configured whether you want mini cart to slide in or the add to cart popup?

Hi, check the shop page on developer console for two columns of products on mobile devices. It doesn’t work for Pixel 2, Pixel 2 XL, iPhone 6/7/8, or iPhone X, as the two columns of products become one column to the left with an empty right column. The other mobile devices work fine. I have not purchased the theme yet, and this is an issue on your own demo website.

What device did you check the shop page mobile on? It works on certain mobile devices like iPhone 5/SE, but not for the devices that I listed in my original comment. Also, developer console resizes the screen to the exact dimensions of the device size. So there is not really any difference from checking on a “real device”.

Those fonts are from google, you can’t change the expiry headers for remote files that aren’t under your control.
The only way you could would be to host them on your own server – however you then remove the advantage of these files being hosted on powerful CDNs and the font files are probably already stored in other user’s browser caches.

Because product variable have different price for different variation it hard to calculate discount percent with different variation. We will implement for our theme when find solution.

If your customize code in Theme Option, the code will be prevent, it can’t remove products on your site. You only have to re-arrange widget in Appearance > Widgets

Hello sir,, theme is too good, but one problem is for grouped product type, when i add products into grouped product and check it in frontside console, it displayed your js errors..(on jas_claue_popup_update_cart), even in your preview theme example (http://janstudio.net/claue/demo/product/men-clothing-combo/) it also not working, means when you add products in grouped and try to add to cart then only loader is preview, nothing happened,,,also i console there, in attributes product ids not stored in product_data on function wcPopupAddtocart(),, inshort i need your help to add products in grouped product type, also check in frontside ..i also try with your latest version but is also not working.

Sorry because inconvenience. You can temporary fix by go to Claue > Theme Option > WooCommerce > Product Detail Settings > Add to cart behavior > Slide Sidebar.
We will fix the issue with popup cart.
