Hello, pre-sales questions : 1/ is it possible to not enable food delivery for a restaurant but to allow users to book a table and choose their menu, to allow them to order and have their dishes prepared when they come for eating at the restaurant ? It’s a very interesting feature, and maybe i can do it with your theme with the delivery system but mixed with the book a table system after ? If it’s not possible, for which price can you do this for me as custom development ?

1. Restaurant can register from frontend by filling essentials form on front end. Once registered he/she can login to perform further activities.
2. Buyer registration is available and can select menu items and place order from singe Restaurant page here : http://foodbakery.chimpgroup.com/restaurants/misumisu/
3. Driver specific registration is not available. Only Restaurant user and buyer (who needs to place order) can register/ login on site. Restaurant user will have to manage its own drivers manually incase of cash on delivery.

Hi, i have three question.
1) I tried your demo and i figure out an issue regarding “Cash”. Is there any countermeasure to prevent restaurant owner cheating? i mean for example after made a delivery or after buyer pick-up and restaurant owner getting paid by cash, restaurant owner can simply cancel the order. is there any method such as verification from buyer when receiving or cancelling the order? or any?
2) Does restaurant owner automatically get an email after buyer submit their order? this is very important to restaurant owner because they can be alerted by email through mobile phone.
3) I realized when “Cash” order completed, payment status still Pending. Can you make another Order Status for example “Delivered” and “Picked up” thus making the Payment Status automatically change from Pending become Paid?

Hi, I’m having a major problem. When paying with cash on delivery (Haven’t even tried a card purchase yet), I do not receive an email saying an order has been placed. I have the newest update installed. Can you please help me out. I need it to email the user who ordered as well as the restaurant. Thanks!
I know I read in other comments that it does not send an email until the order is “completed”, but I need it to send an email at least to me when an order is placed that way I know when it happens. I cannot check the order list every 2 minutes to see if someone placed an order.

Although I have one more question, is there any payment gateways that you support that stay on the website instead of re-directing to the payment gateway? I currently use the PayPal gateway and users get confused when it redirects them to PayPal.com to pay. Is there any way that I can have users pay right off of my website?

Hello. I have a question before I purchase this theme. I would like to make a website for a single shop and I want to ask few questions.
Is it possible to make the theme for only one website. For example when the customer enters the site, instead of searching for restaurants, is it possible to make the customer enter postcode and see if its in the delivery area of the restaurant. If yes go to menu as listed in your theme. Its amazing the categories to be on one side and the checkout to be on the left that is amazing.
Also I have a plugin which I would like to test the with the plugin. The plugin allows extra product options for example notes to cheff for the specific food and extra product options such as add onio (+0.99) to the price and etc. Also is it possible to not have images?

For me its very important the customer to have options for choosing what they would like in their food.

This is not a wordpress site but i am trying to make a similar function site with wordpress. Your theme has similar structure, categories on the left, on the middle products as lists and on the right is the checkout.
What I would like to add is the ability to add expra products and the price to change. For example your theme has the + button to add a simple product. I want to make the product variable to allow customers to select sizes large small or different toppings and etc.
I think your theme will be perfect in that way. Again I hope there is a way of my trying the plugin before i purchase the theme so i can check if my requirements are met. Its good to experiment and always improve right? Maybe even if it doesnt work the next update of this theme might have the function that I explained.
Please let me know what you think and if i can test it. If not maybe your theme can test the plugin as its very easy to use. I dont know if its good to say the name because it will be like advertising so i wont mention it. But if you contact me we can discuss this. Thanks
