Hi, I love your theme. The demos are well designed. However, the only thing giving me concern is the dot hover effect under the navigation menu. Is there anyway to remove or disable this?
Secondly, can the video or image gallery pop-up background be transparent?
Lastly, is how the gap between navigation menu can be adjusted.
I am currently using Moody on a clients website which they turned over to me to manage and I am considering buy a license for myself if those customizations can be implemented. Please respond.

Hello. I did not receive a reply to my message three days ago, and I can see you have replied to a message received after me. I have several issues that need addressing: 1. My mobile menu does not work. 2. Some features that show up on desktop do not show up on mobile. 3. My theme will not update. Contact form 7 form submission not happening in “Presentation” home page layout. The same working in other home page views. Why it’s happening like so. How to fix this. Please let me know soon. Note: Same issue is there in your live demo too.

I raised a ticket 3 days back, but today only i got reply to that ticket and also here in comment. I tried to send admin panel details through reply mail but MAIL DELIVERY FAILED. Again i tried to send the same details from my gmail account, in that too MAIL DELIVERY FAILED. Please check your side. I want to fix contact form issue soon because i’m in the deadline to host website to production by today. ISSUE: No issues is there in my contact form configuration, i’m using only one contact form. Contact form submission not happening in “Presentation” home page view, but the same contact form submission happens in other home page view provided by you. Why it is happening like this? Your live demo too having the same issue till now. Please let me know soon to fix this. Already 3 days gone, so please respond me soon.

Issue is not from email server, issue is only from “MOODY THEME, Presentation home page view” which uses one page scroll. Same contact form working well in same Moody Theme with other home page view/new pages. Submit button not working if you click it in presentation theme, check this.
I am awaiting to move the website to live. Please understand my issue and fix it immediately.

For Contact Form 7 problem. We tested with real host & we still get email. There is no problem. Please send for us your admin info again in your ticket then we will go & config for you.
