For removing date, you can actually do that by removing a booking transaction from backend directly(transaction page)

1. Actually th theme supports credit card paymet via Stripe, Authorized.nt and Paymill. Howver, you can’t just put the third party payment. It requires a lot of customization and you have to hire a coder to do that.

Hi, great theme. I am aware that my support subscription has expired but I am just ready to use this theme and having issues and would like a clear understanding if this is possible.
We would like to book specific rooms only. When a user check the availability of a room, they are taken to a booking page with lots of rooms to choose from. We do not want this.
We want when user click a room, check dates and click book, they are redirected to the booking page for that specific room instead of being confused with all rooms showing up…
Please let me know if this is possible
Unfortunately, the system is not working that way. It has to go to the check availability process first so it will show altered option if the room is full. Also if it’s available, the will be on the very top so customer can notice easily.

Hi, I’m considering to buy this theme. But first i need to know several things about payment option. Is it possible to have:
1. Is there a place to see room available and room not available on the backend 2. Can I set payment by monthly, quaterly and yearly 3. For dorm room e.g 2 man’s room, if a bed has been booked, will it show it to the person viewing it that only one bed remain.

1. We don’t have feature to show that. After customer booked the room, there will be transactions page and you have to make a count from there. (Normally, you will need to handle from there anyway.)

Good morning, my site is almost ready now I have to configure the prices of the rooms (I have a bed and breakfast)
I would like to configure my rooms like this:
1 guest, price 35 € 2 guests, price € 49
All the rooms I entered follow the same price logic according to the guests.
Entering Rooms (Hotel, apartment) and selecting the room
Where should I go to enter the base price and where should I enter the increased price for additional guests?
I attach image of the current settings, with these the price of the room that are 1 or 2 guests does not change and I do not know the reason

You will need to change ‘Based Price Guests’ to 1 as well so it will base on 1 person and another will be also charged.

You can replace the wp-content/themes/hotelmaster folder via ftp, then, try seeing if there’re any plugin update at the wordpress dashboard for this.

You can fill the room amount on each room, btw, if you want to sync with external booking service through .ICS file, you have to create each post for each separate room.
On the last update you set a way to blok the room for dates, it will block the three rooms of this type? or just one of them?
In the other hand, to update my theme in ftp i just copy+paste the new download in the themes folder to overwrite the old hotelmaster… and it does nothing, it doesn’t appear the new functions on my web. I’m doing right?
It asks me to update Goodlayers Hostel and Goodlayers Hotel, I did the same as with the theme (overwrite the plugins folder with the plugins in the last download).
I did all, the new features appears, but i can’t now manage the bookings.

- Could you explain more about can’t manage the bookings ? Could you try deactivating and activating the plugin, then, clearing the browser cache once and see if this helps.

A last question. If the guests just book (email way, they don’t pay) it does’n have to appear in ‘transaction’ section?
It will appear in transaction page too in this case.

Hi how can we make the single room “your reservation” sidebar sticky when scrolling down the page?
Also it seems there is a bug, when we put the menu to transparent, the header background image duplicates itself and does not stretch anymore. To be honest i am having to really find all the answers to simple things in the comments section. This theme is very buggy and limited. Why don’t u just release the plugin so we can use it with another theme?

Why is there no booking Page? I need to change the header so that it is not transparent like the home page. When i edit the booking page it takes me to the home page. Now on the home page i want the transparent header, but not on the booking page, why is this not a simple feature?

no its quite simple. On the booking page, the header is transparent because the main page header is transparent. But i can’t change this.
The header style will be the same throughout the site, we don’t have to set different header style in each page.

We’re not using Visual composer in our themes. We use our own page builder.

You may use Visual composer as third party plugin but note that most element in demo site will not show as it must be called by our page builder.. For example, blog layout, portfolio layout, column service, stunning text..
When you use Visual Composer, it will call its own element, layout.
