Hi, I use WP 6.0.2 and installed everything as per the instructions, the plugins are active. When creating a new page, the section module is not displayed, with an option to select a section for the page. When I edit the “Default Half Home Page” I have the same problem. What is the reason and how to remove it?

Thanks for your message. Sorry to say SANDY does not come with visual composer plugin. The section builds with our own created drag and drops element for each page.
Also there we don’t use the Revolution slider. The sliders we used also own created custom slider.

1. How do I remove specific sections on the home page? I only want to keep three of them and remove the others. 2. When the front slide text ends in an ”?” it adds extra space underneath it and I don’t want that.

Will this theme be compatible with WooCommerce? I read the comment where you answered a similar question stating that it is built with WordPress standards, but what I mean is, will a WooCommerce page work with its standard layout without a problem with this theme? i.e will there be overlapping CSS, or JS issues etc. Will my account page be displayed correctly etc. Thanks
By default in our theme we don’t have of support of WooCommerce but you may use WooCommerce that will not effect any CSS or JS issue with current theme but you may need to be some customization in WooCommerce to look perfect with the theme as we don’t have that support with our theme.

demo content is imported and I want to change some of the One Page menu items in the structure, but it doesn’t seem to work.
Example: I tried to add a newly created Video Promo Section to the menu. In the URL field I added #videopromo, but the page doesn’t scroll to Video Promo Section when the new menu tab is clicked.

We are really sorry for late reply. When you will create a section you have to put the ID here: https://prnt.sc/mev6fa and You have to create menus with same name/ID as link on menu as like this: https://prnt.sc/mev6vj
So when you will click on the menu you will go your requested section on-scroll. Hope it’s clear to you. Let us know if you need anything else.

Hi,
I have recently purchased Sandy mobile app WordPress template. i have installed in on this website http://precheck.com.au/. In the template the title on the home page is animated. it’s got “type writer” animation effect. however, as soon as i replace my title with the original template title, the animation stopped working. (where it reads “preCheck is best for…”) i was wondering how i can fix it.
Also, i realised i can add as many as title i want in that section, i added some, but it didn’t show them. it just showing the first tile. Here is the user name and password for the word press:

About your issue: http://prntscr.com/ky6878 You used a symbol there. Symbol is not workable on this animated text. but you are free to use entity codes instead of symbol. Like if you see your site now we’ve fixed it with entity code. Now it should work fine.

Hi thanks for your reply and the note. i didn’t know my question will be shared in a public forum. i have used support before with other themes and it was mainly communicating with emails i have changed the password for now. but how can i sent messages confidential next time if sharing user and pass was necessary to solve the problem. cheers

It is a beatifully designed app showcase template and I am interested in licensing, but not with the one page version. Can it be customized/changed so that pages are associated with menu points and the URL doesn’t contain these ”#”, please?
