We just uploaded latest version with font awesome version 5.
This issue is diff. and it looks theme files are corrupt or not uploaded properly otherwise missing function error doesn’t come. Please replace current theme version with latest theme version. I am working on a local server using DesktopServer so I can’t give you login info for the site. I can save the site as a sharable zip and send it to you if that would work. I tried re-uploading the theme but that didn’t help.

Please check you uploaded only “kids-world.zip” file and not main downloaded zip file which has all folders like demo files, theme files, documentation etc. You can install fresh WordPress and try this because there is no other way which shows these errors. Function files are not getting correct path so these two steps can help to fix the issue.

Hello, you recently updated the theme to include font awesome version 5 however the one font awesome icon I’m using in the main menu doesn’t show up on the home or about pages. When I select any other page from the menu the icon shows up. When I got back to the home page it goes away. I’ve tried it on different browsers and different computers. What could be the issue? We found many changes in font awesome version 5 which was creating issue with many default styles. When we checked with more detail then found big plugins like WP Bakery (Visual Composer) plugin is also not using font awesome version 5. This latest font version has main unicode name changes and doesn’t work like version 4 so we reversed this changed and just uploaded theme with font awesome version 4 to fix these issues. Please replace theme and pre-schools shortcodes plugin with just uploaded theme to fix the issue.

I love your template, but am having some issues with it.
1) I was having two problems with the logo. The first problem, I resolved after numerous attempts to delete and reupload my logo (since it kept inserting the theme’s template logo).
2) I tried reducing the logo so that the menu wouldn’t be so close to it. The header is interfering with the pages. It is hiding part of the header. After I reduced the logo to half of the current size, it actually got larger and was out of focus. I don’t understand why that happened. Is there a way to keep all of the menu tabs as is or do I have to remove one of the them and make it a submenu item?
3) The contact page did not import, so I tried to build it from scratch. It is all misaligned when you view it on a phone.

I’ve tried using certain font awesome icons in the menu but they won’t show up. For example I tried:

Both don’t work I also tried: hands hand-paper school
And none of them are showing up. When I use ‘heart’, for example, it shows up but none of the above do.
How can I get one of them to show up?

Hi! I would like all my class posts to appear neatly on the page and with the same size image. The grid view of classes was a big selling point of this theme for me however my page ends up looking messy and awkward. Help please!

I checked your website (url as per previous discussion in email). If you want to keep same size crop images then you have to use same size height and width for all featured images of class. You can add another images as a small gallery inside class single page. Demo site classes sample image size is width 777px and height 449px.

Hi – My theme which had been working perfectly at http://kingwilliamplaygroup.com has suddenly got a number of pages which arent displaying all of their content. This seemed to start today – when I tried to open the visual composer on a page – and it failed to load the page. I didnt get to save the page of make any changes – but now my home page and several other pages are just showing the header/menu and footer – but not the page content.

You can update theme by downloading ( https://themeforest.net/downloads ) latest version and replace it with current version.
Below are full details for updating theme:
Go to admin > appearance > themes > switch to any other theme, delete “Kids World” current version and then upload latest version.
If you did any changes in parent theme files then you can take backup files with FTP login and then apply those changes in latest version.
If you used child theme for theme customization then you don’t need to take any backup because in theme update we only update parent theme.
If you did changes in parent theme then we suggest to use child theme and do all changes from child theme. For example add header.php file in child theme and do changes.

If you want to keep 100% safe theme update then you can rename current theme name with any other name like “kids-world-old” and then upload latest theme version. You can do this step from ftp login (path : ../wp-content/themes/kids-world ). This step will keep all old changes as a backup.

Hi, my browser keeps throwing HTTP 500 errors at rpgym.com. I’ve traced it back to a conflict between the meta-box plugin, visual composer, and the Kids world theme.
I can get visual composer to work but when I activate meta box, the browser throws the error.

Hi, as suggested from you I have purchased the template in order to get support.
We are using wordpress 4.9.4 with Kids World Child theme version [2016.11.12 – version 1.0]
The problem we are facing is that we are not able to make the menu work properly when the site is displayed in Mobile phones. The problems happens both through a real navigation from Mobile phone or with the “mobile emulator” we have in the WP-admin pages.
I would like to understand if we can fix in the current theme version or if we have to upgrade. If we have to upgrade, in which way to do it.

Social icons are coming dynamically with “for each” loop so it is not possible to add link break code but you can do it with custom css.
For example for different resolution you can set max-width property for footer social media icons.
.kidsworld_cotact_footer ul { max-width:150px; margin:0 auto; }
Change max with as per different resolutions.

Hello, I am using the KidsWorld theme to redesign my website and when I tried to install the demo it doesn’t install it the way it shows here. The slider at the top is still green and not purple like the one in the demo. What do you suggest I try doing to get the demo working properly? Hi the forms sending button looks a bit strange on iPad. There is no padding on the button on iPad. Mobile it looks correct but only on iPad the padding and color is missing.

Hi, I configured two different pages with different classes category, using the VC Classes and it was working fine. Sundelly, one of them stopped working. And now the field to exclude category don’t work. Always show the same category in both pages. In one of the pages the exclusion works, but in the other no. How can I solve this problem? I tried including slug and then ID and nothing works.

Admin > Revolution Slider > Click on slider thumb to edit Slider > Go to ”Slider Settings” from top tabs navigation.
Slider settings page has right sidebar with tabs. Click on “Layout & Visuals” and in this tab you can edit slider background color.

For this error, it is less server time issue which you can fix by doing same one click demo process with “two or more times”. When all content will imported then it will not show this error. You can increase server response time but it is little time consuming (from server settings in php.ini file).

“two or more times” does not work. The contents are not correct. So you don’t have answered the issue. The “import data” function in your theme is not importing the correct demo data.

If you want to make clone website then you can use xml demo which is included main downloaded zip file ( KidsWorld-v2.4.7 > demo-Files > demo-XML -> kidsworld-demo.xml )
XML import is very lengthy (46000 lines) and doesn’t work with 80% of our theme buyers (as per previous themes support experience) because some buyers has low internet speed and other has less server response time which required huge work to install all data. We added minimum required pages which cover all features of theme.

ok I understand, but the reason for buying this theme for my customer is the version with online demo data. If a customer can’t replicate this, this theme is useless.
You’re documentation btw, is also a bit short and there is no instruction for getting things work like in the demo.

Go to Admin > “Edit Contact” page > “Page Options” metabox > “Sub Header Styles” section > Click on location inside map, you can zoom in and out to get location and then click it > Save Changes.
It is only required one click to change location in map.
I did this as per my understating of given address but you can click on exact location in map.

I used the internal “Import Demo Data”.

Now click on Download button and then click on “Installable WordPress file only” link from dropdown.
Now go to admin and delete current version and upload latest version of theme.
