Hi, I’m thinking of buying this theme but the shopping cart isn’t very user friendly. That is holding me back. It says in red clearly when you filled in something wrong, but then you can’t see where to improve. Are you planning to improve this?

Does the version 3.1 change the shop catalog thumbnail image-size? How does it handle horizontal/wide (rather than tall) images?

This process is simplified now and it uses default WooCommerce areas to change the sizes of it’t images on the Customizer.

i cannot post anything there… I found how to set the full width but now all my woocommerce images are blurry… i cannot find the image dimensions anymore like they were in the past aurum versions. also regenerate thumbnails does not work…
is there any info about the shop image size? i cannot seem to set it to for example 600px instead of 330px as it is standard, no more options to set shop thumb size anymore since the update

I purchased the theme a while back; WPBakery Visual Composer and LayerSlider no longer update automatically. Where do we manually download these?

Our latest theme version is 3.0.2 (read changelog) and if you are using the latest theme update then you should be using the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder too.
If you are using our latest theme version but your WPBakery plugin is not updated then please go to Appearance > Install Plugins to update the plugins.
Soon we will release another theme update and in that update beside other features we will include the latest version of Layer Slider too as always do.

Hello! I do not know if this is a bug or a problem in my install. When i have an account, go to “Account Detatils” and try to edit name or lastname it show up an alert that says “Display name is a required field.” and there is no “Display name” in the fields to modify.

Hi,
My website is no longer accessible due to an application request limit reached. “Graph returned an error: (#4) Application request limit reached”. It seems to be something sending to much info by the API Facebook. I erased all the plugins but the problem is still there…

This doesn’t seem to be a theme problem. Please contact your hosting provider about this and search in google about this problem. I’m sure that you can get an Idea from what this error comes from.
Also please make sure that you are using the latest theme version. For more info please carefully read theme changelog.

Good morning, I have a web site configured with Aurum 2.9.3, WooCommerce 3.3.5 and WP 4.9.6. My theme is not anymore under licensing. How can i get an update of my theme? Can I just purchase the latest version to get all updated? Is there any risk to update my site? Thanks

I don’t see “Purchased” badge next to your username.
If you purchase the theme you will have the same benefits as the other users. So you can update the theme anytime that theme updates are released from your Wordpress admin area. To do that you need to install Envato Market plugin (that our theme offers) and the validate it with your purchase code.

Hi, thank you for responding, that’s correct, theme was purchased by a third part company and i do not have the access code.
So if I understand well I need to purchase again the theme to be able to get updates through Envato pluggin.
No risks for my site to update directly from 2.9.3 to latest?

If the theme is not customized then you won’t face any problem. Anyway if you have a question or face any problem then you can write on our dedicated support center because we use this area only for any pre-sale question.

I already tried the support center but you need to provide a pruchase code 
I do no think that there is any customization but for sure i’ll make a backup of theme directory before upgrading.
Are the wooCommerce files going to be updated with the theme as at the moment I have a lot of obsolete PHP files?

It’s obvious that the support center needs a purchase code, we cannot provide support for users who do not have the purchase code as that’s a rule from Envato to verify someone has purchased any specific item.
When you update the theme all the theme files will be updated (WooCommerce related files too) but if you are for WooCommerce files directly then you will have to update the plugin separately through the Plugins area.
