Hello, i purchased the theme, but i cannot import the demo content. I followed the instructions, installed the theme, installed all the plugins, then when i press the Import Demo button, it appears to be loading, but i left it opened for 3 hours and nothing happened. Same thing when trying the manual demo import. When i click on the submit button for the content.xms, it is loading for 2 hours. I have way above the minimum required server specs, please help me find a solution, i would hate to have to request a refund. Thanks.

Is it possible to remove all links from NEWS (or BLOG) section for customer’s staying on really ONE PAGE website? I mean I’m a little bit confusing now about all WP themes where all blog post have a author name, tags, category and more that is not really useful. And is it possible to make posts are uploaded on the same page, with no transfer to blog page?

I want to make NEWS section with no links on titles, with no “read more” and with no going to blog page when push to “view more post”. Just image, title and short text.

We bought a license with 6 months of support in August or September and never did anything with it – it recently expired so we bought a renewal. Can we get a refund for the 6 months we never used? 2. Hi, I’m trying to figure out how to slide my Spotify, iTunes, & Amazon buttons to the right a little bit and am having a tough time figuring out how to do that. I’m featuring an image on my landing page and the buttons are overlapping with the subject and I need them to slide over, yet remain about the size they are.

Can you help me figure out which setting I need to be looking at in order to adjust these buttons positions?

Is there a possibility for multiple languages in this theme?

I’m using the “Landing Page” Demo Version of Tune and I am having a problem getting my featured image into the background. I have uploaded my own image into Page itself in Wordpress, I’ve tried uploading it as the Background Image in the Appearance > Customize menu system…I feel I’ve tried it all.

Where else could the theme be pulling your demo image from and not allowing me to change it? It seems like a crazy problem, I know… I’ve never encountered this. Everything else has been an instantaneous update with the theme except for this one snag.

Do you have any guidance on how to make this basic change? I’m just trying to upload my photo instead of yours at 1600×1067. Are there any other places I need to change/remove that demo image that just won’t die lol?

Hey guys, I bought this amazing theme in July 2017 (Tune 1.0.3). How can I update to Tune 1.6.1 ? The Envato update plugin doesn’t work, and I can’t find the Tune theme in my EnvatoMarket profile (doesn’t show up in the Downloads section). Any advice ?

I’m curious before re-trying this theme. Is there a way to make the footer sticky?

Hi Wolf! I love this theme, but i have a problem. I can’t change the main menu in the “studio” template (Home, Services, About, etc) I was looking for it everywhere (appearances/menu… pages… wpbakery page builder…) Can you help me, please?
