This is a pre sales question. Just want to handle the case when the candidate might also be an employer, I don’t want the customer to maintain two usernames for login. Can employer and candidate share the same login when they are the same person. Thanks a lot!
Hey there,
Yes, they are able to have one login and create jobs and resumes if you wish. Once they create a job, they can go to create a Candidate profile. They will remain their first assigned role, but the next submission will be sent assigned to the user account.
Hope this answers your questions.

Hi Fernando,
I am interested in buying your theme, but from looks of the demo, can you add additional homepage customization features, where on the homepage you can show separate sections for each job category, that is under each category show several jobs from that category only.
Example would be similar to a job website weworkremotely.
In general is there a roadmap of when you plan to release new versions and features.
thank you, Jason
Hi there Jason,
Hope you are doing well today!
You can add the Recent Jobs Widget and allow you to filter the jobs that appear on the website. Just make sure to enable filtering on the widget.
We do plan to release updates but at this moment we do not have a road map at this time.
Let me know if you have additional questions.
Fernando
your demo is f’ed
Hi there,
Sorry about that.
We have looked over the issue at this time.

Fernando
If I insert a Page Break <!--nextpage--> into a jobify site Page (not for posts), the page is interrupted but the numbering is not shown to continue on the next page.
How can I resolve without having to install a plugin? Thank you

Hello,
I don’t want map to appear on the job page: http://www.sps-mockup.com/mockup1/find-a-job/ (check mockup here)
How can I deactivate that?
Thanks
Hey there,
You can go to edit your page and change the page template. This will remove the map since the Map & Results template adds the map to the page. Any other template will not do so.
Hope this answers your question.
Fernando

So guys as a user of your theme and a customer of yours I want to ask if you guys have any plans to update this plugin you made for the theme: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-job-manager-companies/ ? It would be appreciated if you did make it 100% guaranteed compatible and working with the current WP version.
Thanks in advance for your answers. Kind regards AngryWarrior.
Hi Angry Warrior,
Hope you are doing well today.
We do have plans to improve the overall plugin down the road. We do hope to better integrate it with WP Job Manager. We just do not have a time frame at this time but it is something we hope to do!
Fernando

I think your changelog has the wrong version, isn’t the May release the 3.9.0 version? It is saying 3.8.6 still.
Great theme btw!
Hey there!
You are correct!
We will need to update it!
Thanks for your feedback!
Fernando
compatible with elementor ? Because I hate visual composer
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
There is no built in compatibility with any Page Builder website at this time. You can use any if you wish at your own discretion, but at this time we do not support them ourselves.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi guys, have noticed over the past week that the Apply button is missing from all of the job listings. Has this been a common issue recently since the latest update or Wordpress or is there a common plugin disrupting the button?
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
No reports have been reported by others. Looking over our demos and local installs there are no issues.
Make sure you have the Job/Resume: Actions widget as well as a Application form selected for your Jobs(Job Listings>Settings>Job Listings). That would ensure that the option comes up.
If the issue persists try disabling all 3rd-party plugins.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
Hello,
The theme looks great (Jobify). Before I buy it, please can you tell me if it is possible for the admin to:
1. Easily customise the information requested from candidates and employers?
2. Download all the candidate info submitted into one Excel file? (eg from 30 candidates)
3. Download all the jobs submitted into one Excel file? (eg details of 30 jobs)
Thanks very much!
Hello there,
Thanks for your interest in our theme!
1)You can edit the Job and Candidate submission fields using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. Allowing you to edit the information users fill out.
2 + 3)You can use the built in WordPress exporter to export jobs and candidate details in XML. You can also export them using plugins like WP All Export to export the information in CSV.
Hope this answers your questions.
Fernando
That’s brilliant, thanks so much

Pre sale question -
1. Can I customize the Job packages for Employer to Hire / Shortlist selected numbers (Package wise) instead of number of postings.
2. Is there any Admin option to Block / Blacklist any Employer and Candidate.
3. Can I customize the Signup and Dashboard for Employer
TIA.
Hi TIA,
Hope you are doing well today.
1)The Job Packages are just for Posting jobs not for the number of Hires or Shortlist.
2)As an Admin you can review Job and Candidate submission. While you moderate submission you can either approve or delete submission users submit.
3)You can edit the Job Submission page using the WP Job Manager Field Editor plugin. As for the default user signup, or the Job Dashboard, these are generated by short codes and editing these would require custom code work.
Hope this answers your questions.
Fernando
Hi guys, nice theme! Im loking for a job portal theme for my next project.
Im wondering is this possible with your theme: On the front page i need to display the employers and the seekers in a vetical image sliders? Im thinking to have frontpage with two sidebars and in each sidebar i want the users to be shown in a vertical slider: http://prntscr.com/jqdui9Possible?
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
Out of the box, Jobify does not have a feature like that already built in. There is a featured Candidates and featured jobs widget, like show in our Extended demo, but no slider feature included with the theme.
There are plugins available, but they would just go within the widget area and not on the side of the pages like you image illustrates.
Hope this answers your question.

Hi there, this theme has been implemented on my clients site successfully for several months now. However we noticed yesterday that the map on the jobs page no longer works. The job_listing-map-canvas div is completely empty. Link to the page is here – https://bit.ly/2skq122. Please could you advise? Thanks, Andrea
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
Taking a closer look, something is conflicting with the Themes map features. I can recommend disabling all 3rd-party plugins and at least keep WP Job Manager and WooCommerce enabled. That will for sure restore the map, from there enable plugins one by one to pin point the plugin conflicting with the theme.
If you need additional support, please submit a Support ticket and we can take a closer look.
Fernando
Hi Fernando, thank you for your help. It was the WP Google Maps plugin, which I’ve now rolled back to the previous version until it’s compatible. Thanks again, Andrea
Happy to hear you found the issue!
Fernando

Question:- Does it support RTL ?
Answer: Yes, Jobify supports RTL.

Answer: Right now the theme has a default Registration form with the role selector. You can disable it if you wish.
As for email registration, Jobify does not have an invite link registration system through email.
Question:- Can you support login with LinkedIn, and import the profile from there ?
Answer: You can allow any user to login with linked in using the WooCommerce Social Login plugin. This is just for regular login.

Hi guys, using the theme but just realising that when a user signs up for an account successfully there is not message telling them they will receive an email etc shortly – just a redirect to the homepage (with them logged in) is there somewhere/someway to add this message upon successful registration or set a redirect? Thanks in advance
Hi there,
Hope you are doing well today.
At this time there is no message implemented by WooCommerce when a user Registers. The popup modal is designed to redirect users to the homepage. You can try using a redirect plugin like this to try to redirect to another page.
If you need additional support please visit our Support Channel and submit a ticket.
Kind Regards,
Fernando
Hi, we are interested in this theme.
Pre-sale question.
We have 2 categories - construction - medical
Can we create a separate search funciton? So the user will only search in Medical jobs in the custom made medical page? (In this page, it should not be possible to see the jobs from the other category.) Can we for example filter?
Also, can each company search a user based on different categories?
Kind regards, Luuk
Hi Luuk,
Thank you for your interest in our Jobify theme.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to create separate Search Functions. That would require modifications to be done to the theme.
You can add the two Categories to allow users to filter by Category.
You can use the Resume Manager plugin to allow users to create Candidate profile where Employers can search them.
Hope this answers your question.
Fernando
Hi guys, I have trouble with the google Api. I implemented all 4 API’s (Geocoding, Geolocation, Maps and Places) from Google – they are all activated. I followed the documentation step by step as shown on your site: https://jobify.astoundify.com/article/1023-create-a-google-maps-api-key . Now the map itself is working but the jobs are not shown on the map. I also implemented the key in Job Listings ▸ Settings ▸ General. Nothing happened. My support expired since I didn’t get to set up the page earlier. I need your help on that please.
Hi there!
Hope you are doing well today and thanks for reaching out today!
I would recommend you review your Google Maps API key. Make sure you set the “Key Restrictions” to “None: https://cloudup.com/cz_ukYTk0VH
Once that is set, edit an existing job and see if the job gets geocoded. You can read more on this here for more information.
Hope this helps!
Fernando
it worked after I edited the jobpost.Thank you!
Happy to hear it helped!
