When your theme can meet the GDPR? I mean the contact form part of your theme, can you make the submitted data entries show in the backend of Wordpress, not just sending to emails? So i can manage all the entries in wordpress backend.

Yes, there will be new update soon including GDPR improvements. But, storing the submitted emails is not an option. There are contact form plugins for that if you really need it. You can use Contact Form 7 and this add-on https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-cfdb7/

There are two types of contact forms. The default contact form, which is not customizable, you can only change the delivery email address. The other one is Contact Form 7 plugin. You can create any form with the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
You can import this file https://cl.ly/3241443R1b1u/download/contact-form-7-samples.xml to get some theme compatible form samples ( via Tools -> Import -> WordPress )
