1. WooCommerce is totally optional and only required if you want to accept payments as shown in the live demo: http://demo.themovation.com/embark/walking-tours/tour/coney-island/2. In terms of the ‘tour’ being something that customers can book, that would be setup in the included Booked plugin. Then a page can also be created for each one if you like.
3. You can setup as many different calendars as you like, and each calendar can be managed by the same person or each by a different person. A role can be setup so they can login into the admin and only manage bookings.
4. On ThemeForest, installs of the theme are not included with the price – it is an optional $50 add-on if you want it installed for you. However with our products, we include an automated installer so the process is very smooth and generally would not require assistance. Hi! Scroll down WPML > String Translation screen and click “Translate texts in admin screens »” . Scroll down to “theme_mods_[themname]-child” or “theme_mods_[themename]” and expand / explore to see all the admin text options. check the ones you want to translate.

That’s a good question – that feature is not directly built into the booking plugin or WooCommerce itself, but as you mentioned, it may be possible by use of a WooCommerce add-on. Perhaps this add-on or one similar:

Hello Embark people! I have purchased your awsome theme and I have to admit that I am not an ace at setting up webpages even with such convenient handy dandy thing as yours.
Ok I have the theme already in my WP and I am using the NYC tour layout. 1.- I want to change the logotype on the left top corner and I cannot see where I have to go to do this 2.- Can I change the black background that comes out of the box for this design? If so how can I do it?

I am trying to send an automatic email to the client when he/she fills the form but the email seems that is not sent (i am testing it with my own email). I have created in formidable->forms->configuration->form actions one action doing this, adding the corresponding label ( [X] ) of the email entered by the user in the form. Any ideas about what it is going on or solutions.

If you have done those steps to set it up and it’s not working, then it would be a hosting issue. In that case it would be likely that no other plugins are sending emails either (or WP itself). So you can either contact your host and get assistance to correct it so it works, or you can use an SMTP plugin to send mail in a different way:

Hello! thanks for asking. Booked works on time slots so there is no travel component there (leaving and arriving), it’s all day or a specific time period in a day. our themes work with virtually any WordPress plugin, so if you find something that you would like to use, it should work.

You can either open the link / browse ThemeForest on a mobile device, or you can just resize your browser window on a desktop down to a smaller width and you’ll see the mobile styling.

Hi, I get a error 500. It seems that the problem is the Booked plugin
“Fatal error: Call to a member function add_cap() on null in /wp-content/plugins/booked/booked.php on line 974”
I have tried to rename the plugin through cpanel in order to deactivate it. Then the error 500 dissapears and I can see the webiste correctly but I have no access to my administration panel in Wordpress. I get the error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page” If activate the plugin again, the 500 error appears again. What can I do?
Hi, that’s odd indeed. I’m not sure if we have seen that before. First I would try re-installing the Booked plugin. If you delete it, you should be prompted to reinstall it in the admin area. If that does not help or if there is any issue with that, please open a private ticket and provide a link, a WP admin login, and FTP access as we can have a look:

I am wondering how to remove the “Choose a tour package” under request a booking? I have create separate calendar for each tour and doesn’t want the all tour packages to show up in a separated calendar and would like to remove the choice of choosing package.
In the Booked settings area you can define the custom fields for each calendar separately. If you want to change/remove them, that’s where you can do it:

I wonder can I customize each different email template under woocommerce? I can’t see the message, all it display are html code. I have two booking calendars each for different kind of tour. How to integrate each email template accordance to the each booking calendar?
It sounds like you are referring to the email templates inside Booked, I don’t believe that there is a way to customize for different calendars. Perhaps you can use a custom field and then out put a custom field using the tokens in the email template settings? Also, you could provide a link back to your website with a customized message inside the email template, giving you more control.

Thanks for posting. Yes, I believe it should work well. You have several options for using a 3rd party tool with our theme. We have recommendations for adding your own scripts and code. Also, if they support a WordPress plugin, then it should also work well 
What if we need help with the integration. There is a plugin in wordpress for the 3rd party tool. But they will eventually replace the design with their default template. If your side could help us integrate that it would be great because that is our only concern. We have no coding experience. We love your design a lot as we are trying to get a confirmation to remain as how your booking form look with the integration to Sirvoy
Just to confirm, you would be using Sirvoy to managed everything, correct? You would not be using WPBS that is bundled, correct? If so, then all you would need to be concerned about is the integration. Can you ask Sirvoy, what is included in adding their manager to a WordPress site? If it’s just a copy / paste of some code then you should be good to go. You can use a plugin called header / footer scripts to add the scripts easily.

Basically how it works is when you install the theme/plugin you have to setup your time slots because everyone’s business is setup differently.

I think it is the elementor doesn’t working. When I clicked on the edit page to edit with elementor it isn’t working. I deactivate and reactivate it still don’t work.
I followed up in your ticket with a solution that should resolve it. It seems the homepage was selected as the WooCommerce shop page which means the template takes over and provides undesirable results.
