Hi, I am looking at buying your theme but wanted to ask a question before, hope you don’t mind. With all the new data laws that have now started in the UK and the rest of the world, with your theme can you block the use from seeing the phone number and or email address of the seller? And they only see it if they become a user of the website or some other way?
Currently there are no option to do something like that. But we’ll keep in mind this one. But you can always customize the theme your way if you want.

Ok it seems that you didn’t set the search template in a page. Please create a page with ads search template & show this page in theme option so that the search bar works. Check the screenshots given below:

About the recent listing it seems your title & price took too much space for which bootstrap grid broke. For fixing that you just need to increase the minimum height of tr-item-info div. Currently it’s 140px given you’ve to increase 20px more to suit it perfectly. Check the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/jlfzqc
Also you need to decrease the featured ads margin so that it fits in properly. Check the display how you can change it: http://prntscr.com/jlg0pk

Hi, how to make regular ads not expire?
I don’t get your query actually. What do you mean by expire? The ads will be in your site till you delete the ads. Can you please ask the question in a manner so that we can understand.

What I mean is in Trade Options > General > Regular Ads Expiry. It says a maximum of 1 year. I don’t want the ads to be deleted after a year. How to achieve this?

Thanks for contacting us. Currently there are no option that you can chat with any user. But if you know theme customization or coding you can do it for sure. We’ve plans to integrate chat system & woocommerce in our coming updates but not sure about the date 
. But you can do this on your own right now.

When I search using “search bar” or ex. “categories filter” nothing happens. (on new clean demo) I don’t have ”../trade-search/ ..” in the URL. It looks: /all-ads/?cat_id=85. Could you help?

Yes it’ll not work as we’ve mentioned in the breadcrumb in settings on which part it’ll work. We don’t have a plan to add custom breadcrumb on all ads page but as per your instruction we’ll keep that in mind.

yes, but it’s about active items on filters. Now we don’t know what ads are active. (in select category, select location, categories filter and others). From the user’s point of view, this section is useless. I am really curious if you plan to do something about it, because I will update then.

What sort of error you’re getting? Basically what you need to do is unzip your package that you’ve download from the market then upload trade.zip file into your site. Install the recommended plugins & then import the demo content that’s it. If you’re still having issues then please send us a temporary admin access so that we can have a look at our support forum.

what plugins i need to install?
After activating the theme it’ll ask you to install mandatory plugins provided by the theme automatically at the top of your screen. If you’ve still queries please ask for support in our forum so that we can help you properly.
How do I upload CSV files?
Well our theme has no functionality to upload csv files & then import from there. But what you can do is use any third party plugin & configure your csv file with our entry fields so that it can import the files content into the site properly.
When I click category menu it will redirect on cars & vehicles page, how to change this? I suppose when I click category it will displays all categories..
