You can find details about the error in your error log which you can send me and I can tell you what exactly is causing the error. The most common reason is the memory exhaustion error which happens when your host allows you low php memory_limit. You can install this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-php-info/ and after activation please navigate to Settings > PHP Info and search for memory_limit. If it is less than 256M, you need to contact your host and ask them to increase. 

You can also email our support from here : https://themeforest.net/item/electro-electronics-store-woocommerce-theme/15720624/support with your WP admin details and I can check.

The theme uses WordPress’s default search. You can easily replace it with relevanssi or algolia or any other search engine of your choice.

Seriously??? It’s the only load bar you have. How do we disable the loading bar at the very top of the page?

The site seems to load something from youtube as well on every page and googleads.

In the product group section, just remove additional 2 products and then hover your mouse pointer over the primary product name and see what is happening.

It also does not have product labels, menu labels, multi-currency and product alternate image features. You need to rely on third-party plugins to achieve that.

Sure… The web url is https://www.cialdeper.it/nuovo and the menu is the red one “Categorie”. It doesn’t work on mobile, with responsive menu.

Please make sure you’ve assigned a menu to Handheld Menu in Appearance > Menus > Manage Location for the menu to work in mobile.

I meant only the sliders with whatever the slides have inside but not the other images of the website like the product images and the banner images

1. We do not have a “Store Locator” feature. It is a dummy link.

2. No the theme does not have vendor related features. You need to use a third-party plugin like Dokan or WC Vendors to achieve vendor features. These plugins may or may not provide geolocate features.

3. Once again this is a vendor related question and is not handled by the theme itself but by the choice of your vendor plugin.
