Go to Impreza > Theme Options > Advanced, switch on/off Optimize CSS size and save changes, it will regenerate theme options CSS.

If you see around 00:07 in the video i’m showing it with the mouse/arrow in the bottom. 00:08 you can see the word “gratis” should have the background.

Doesn’t work. On the frontpage it removes all the images (you can still see them in the code) and on fx. https://realkreditkonsulenten.dk/boliglaan/ it doesn’t do anything.

Hi, I just wanted to know if I extend support can you help me with problems that occure when I by mistake upadated child theme and not main theme and with that problems with portfolio images on landing page have occured and some other small issues. I know when I turn WB Backery off, things go back to normal… but befor update this plug-in was not an issue. Unfortunately, Impreza doesn’t provide this feature out of the box. You can hire a separate developer to implement this feature for you. We’d recommend keeping menu titles short.

Hi there, I am using Ubermenu 3 and attempting to integrate it into the theme. The automatic integration for the menu isn’t working, thus meaning I need to manually add this snippet to replace the menu code:

Yes, you’re right, this plugin isn’t supported natively, you can hire a separate developer to make it work with Impreza or request a refund for it to try another plugin instead. Also, take a look at the list of supported plugins to avoid such problems in future.
Unfortunately, it’s just technically impossible to support all the plugins on the web, so it’s quite weird to rate our product with 1 star because it doesn’t support some 3rd party solution which is used by 60 users while our product is trusted by 25000+ users. We’d highly appreciate if you can leave a positive and valuable review.

That’s why i only gave you one star. I bought your theme, want to use it with an other plugin (which used bootstrap) and it doesn’t work because you want to make more and more money… i like the theme but i can’t use it, because i need the plugin more than the theme…
It’s crap to block some css and js files…
why you can’t post the file where the code is inside which blocks it… so i can edit it and don’t have to search it…

We don’t block any code to prevent using plugins such as yours. Also, we give an ability to test our themes before purchasing, so you can check every plugin yourself on this test drive server.
You can use this form to request a refund for Impreza and to buy a theme which works with your plugin.
After the last update my icons shows up as squares. I really don’t think its right to pay another 15 dolars to renew suport for things like this…

I am updating the theme from the older version to the latest version. When I do this, I get the “Your website data needs to be updated to be compatible with Rubs and More 4.10.3” on top with a yellow background. No matter what I do, I can’t get rid of that box.
I disabled all the plugins, then clicked on “Update website database” button. It didn’t get removed. Then I activated the the Parent theme instead of the child theme and clicked on the button again, still the Yellow box is there.
I update website on my localhost before updating anything on the live website. Is there anyway I can manually update the database and test this?

As I mentioned, I am updating the site on the localhost before doing this on the live website. Secondly, there is a lot of important data on the live website backend because of which access can’t be provided. On your support website, I have read it multiple times that your developers update the database manually!
Yes, our developers can update but they need access to your site to perform it, without PHP knowledge you can break your site accidentally. Append next code to functions.php:
update_option( 'us_db_version', '5.2.1', TRUE );
Once added, save changes, reload the page, remove the code and save changes again. Let us know if it worked.

You pay only once for Impreza and you get 6 months of support. After 6 months you won’t be able to create tickets on our support forum but you still will be able to get updates, they are lifetime and free.
