Yes, we call this responsive. You may disagree. Just take a look at how tabs are used in mobile websites of popular websites.

I don’t care for those “popular” websites. That a not good way to show those elements, it’s not working. People are not scrolling because they don’t know that there are any other beside that 2 tabs. You can test it with visitors video recording tool like smartlook and you will know what i’m talking about.

In fact it is responsive, but it’s bad experience. Now i need to pay extra to someone to make it working right.

I am sorry but this is how we’ve decided to go forward. If you want to retain old look you can email our support and we’ll provide you with custom code.

There is wpbakery plugin and it is not activated, how can I activate it. And there is no editor showing when I am editing text in text block.

There is no visual composer plugin there is wpbakery page builder of version 5.4 and there is also update version available but when I am clicking on update it is showing error: update package not available.

And there is no editor showing when I am clicking on edit text block.

If you want I can share the screenshot of that.

WPBakery was formerly called visual composer.

Visual Composer is distributed as part of the theme under “In-Stock License” which means you do not need a separate license. However this in-stock license only allows you to use the plugin but not update automatically or activate it. Activation is only required for automatic updates and support access.

We provide support for Visual Composer and whenever a visual composer update is available, we will download the latest version test it against our theme and bundle it as a theme update. So updating the theme will get you the latest version of Visual Composer. 

Once you had updated your theme, you will have to navigate to Appearance > Plugins > Visual Composer and de-activate and delete the existing version. Once you have deleted all the VIsual Composer files, you will be prompted again to install Visual Composer. This time you can install the latest version from the theme.

The same applies for Slider Revolution too.

1. Countdown timer and mega menu are included with the theme. Wishlist and Compare are provided by third-party plugins available in wordpress.org repository. I am not sure what you are referring to as sliding banner. Please clarify.

2. You can change the hamburger menu to a text, however it requires custom coding.

3. Yes, search bar does have live search. You can enable it via theme options.

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for reaching us. The Newsletter in the footer is by default a regular form with no action. You will have to use a newsletter subscription service like MailChimp or your own email form via Contact Form 7 or Gravity Forms.

For example if you are using a newsletter service like mailchimp, you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp-for-wp/ to create your newsletter subscription form. Your subscription form should be like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/81489eb753c674bcc1d7f1c962a8c54f

Or if you are using contact form 7 you can create a form like this : https://gist.github.com/ibndawood/2204a575e6d84ab9c09ee7cfa9488181

Once you’ve created your forms you need to paste that shortcode in Electro > Footer > Newsletter signup form.

2. This does have a live search but we’ve disabled it on our demo. You can use any search plugin instead of our default ones.

3. Social registration and login are plugin territory and is best provided by plugins instead of themes. There are many top class plugins that already provide this feature which can be used with the theme.
